Officer Riggens looks like a gay -ol-boy who's not getting enough action in his bedroom life.
Cop gets butt hurt, and has to make someone's life a living hell, while threating him over and over. WTF is this cops problem, obviously he should be fired and never again be in any position pf power. Then finds out he will put in a complaint, he then upgrades to more arguments and lies. Then to add insult to injury Cop makes up utter BS to arrest the man.

An unlawful traffic stop.
A finger gesture, protected by the 1st Amendment, gets a cutizen arrested. This butt hurt trooper needs a desk job.
He was awarded $175,000 from his lawsuit, he’s keeping just over $100k after his legal fees are all paid and he will in his words take his 88yo mother out to a nice dinner.
Wold be nice to know how these law suits turned out, but I guess you have to wait years.
