I just watched this, I was their neighbor at the time and remember all of that. I had just came home after walking my dog like I did every night, all was quiet at that house, then lots of police cars, a helicopter, and a knock on my door to stay inside. So glad there were guilty verdicts!! What a shame, and it was around Mother's Day

I want to just say something. Any loving caring husband would have defended himself and fired at the robber if he was coming at him with a gun. I have no problem with that, that’s self defence. However once the robber was on the ground on the garage floor with 6 bullets in him I would have locked the garage door and rushed straight over to my wife lying on the hallway floor. My first instinct would be to call 911 for paramedics and police. I certainly would not have wasted time going room to room in search of another robber in the house, my first concern would be my wife. So he’s story even though it was made up just shows how he didn’t give a hoot about he’s wife. I haven’t looked into the full case but that’s something that I will have a good look into to understand why he wanted to do away with all these women. Was it because he liked killing women or was it because he wanted the insurance money? It’s a fascinating case. This guy was so cold. A human life meant nothing to him. What an awful creature he is.
