  1. Just listened to Morbid podcast cover this case.. they weren’t homeless they were renting a room. The girl was found with bird feathers in her mouth/throat and their landlord had chickens. Her blood was also found in their rented room but the landlord claimed she cut herself by accident one day. The landlord was also a POS who r*ped his own daughter when she was 10 years old. I believe he murdered them.

  2. It does NOT smell like fish along the shore by alki beach in Seattle or along ANY water AREA of Seattle. Only in pike place where they literally toss fish for tourists. Get your facts straight Karen before assuming. Alki is a lovely man made beach with sand brought in to create it.

  3. 2:42 the reason the cops knew when they were killed is going based of how decomposed the bodies were when they were found. also as time goes by the body will start to decay 24-72 hours after dying. the longer the body is dead the more decomposed it is. On average a body takes 8-10 days for a body to start decomposing. Then after 3 weeks to a month the body will start to skeletalize and become bones.

  4. Michael Lee Dudley 62 (their landlord) was arrested and will be formally charged in the case of the double murder of Austin Wenner (27) and Jessica Lewis (35) a mother of 4. This all could have been avoided however. As Michael Lee Dudley's own daughter pressed sexual assault charges against him (rape ages 10-18) in 2018, but for strange reason they were later dropped by the court. He shot and killed them over unpaid rent and is currently being held on a 5 million dollar bond.

  5. The police knew the date of death upon identification, they then knew who the killer was too due to an open missing perosn investigation. the couple were killed by their landlord it turns out. I suspect the police had some susoicions but inless there was body the missing was just that, once there was body in a soutcase they knwe it could only be murder, and due to that they did not reveal every deatiel of their investigation, this is very common

  6. They were shot by their landlord from unpaid rent. It’s very sad… I just want to know HOW does Randonautica specifically pinpoint shit like this, I mean how aren’t they involved in some way?!

  7. Bodies have been found unintentionally by kids and adults before. It's traumatic, but it happens, and usually people are just glad they could help solve a crime. I hope they don't end up blaming the app creators for something that couldn't possibly predict solving crimes and would be completely unreliable as a crime app, and to be honest, focusing on that instead of the good that accidentally happened.

  8. Actually, forensic scientists have been able to determine time and date of death since the '80s (or even earlier?). I am pretty sure nowadays detecting the time of death has become more modern and more accurate 😆 come on, guys. Watch at least 2 episodes of Forensic Files and you'll know how the police determined the time of death
