Tinder date murders and dismembers woman before disposing body in trash bags – Everything Law and Order Blog

In this episode of True Crime Daily: The Podcast Updates: The grisly death and dismemberment of Sydney Loofe, a young woman whose dismembered body was found in garbage bags in rural Nebraska following a Tinder date in November 2017.

Since recording the episode, one of the co-defendants, Bailey Boswell, was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. She was spared the death penalty, but if she had received it, she would have been the first woman in Nebraska to be put on death row.

However, a three-judge panel opted to sentence the other defendant, Aubrey Trail, to death. He appealed the death row decision, but in November 2022, the Nebraska Supreme Court upheld it.

  1. Sounds like "Snuff Film" was made and probably still circulating on the Dark Web, as for the missing internals, maybe a side of selling organs for profit if so, then this is not their 1st????….IMHO….

  2. Poor girl… We had a sick, cannibalistic, nutcase kill a young man in our community here in Swartz Creek, MI. His name was Kevin Bacon. He was a friend of my cousins. Met the pos on Grindr. 🥺

  3. This style of true crime, I don’t really care for. I know zoom is so convenient but if you two were together at a table would make it more interesting. Not insulting your work just a tip I guess!

  4. I can't stand these women. Where is Chris Hansen? I wanted to watch the story, not these two chit chat. I stopped the video as soon as I saw them. I will watch only the videos with a different narrator, not Vivica Fox either. She's even worse!

  5. Some idiot here didn't like my comment and said God was fake. I asked him if he doesn't believe in God does that mean the young lady should still be killed. The guys comment about God was so stupid, one would think he wanted her to die because he didn't believe in God. I'm so glad there's distant between me and this guy because if he tries to find me,
I'm ma find him first. This is why I stay away from homicidal people.

  6. Just saw the "mug-shot", he looks like the man that tried to molest me when I was 10 years old. He got caught years later and now's doing 60 years. Spreading her body parts in bags around the city sounds like a sick joke the female killer came up with and probably laughed all alone while she was dumping the body. Let her spend her life in prison.

  7. If you go online and you find a day don't ever have them come and pick you up you meet them you go with a friend and you meet them in the place you're going to meet them out in public and be smart about it never have them drive you back to your house.

  8. The dialogue between these women is very bizarre. The laughter, smiles, and jokes disturb me. I’m over here nauseated and they discuss this like it’s the weather. They seem psychopathic themselves.

  9. What are the philosophical and legal implications for separate trials where the outcomes contradict one another? I'm not talking about one is guilty and one is innocent, or one is guilty of a lesser crime than the other. I'm talking about when the jury or judge goes over bullet-point facts of the case, and comes to opposite decisions.

For example, two people are on trial for murder. One gets first degree for premeditated and the other gets second degree. That can happen, I'm not worried about that. One could have planned it while the other just went along or took advantage of the opportunity. That's fine. But what if certain crucial evidence of premeditation in the first-degree case is considered inadmissible in the second-degree case? The first degree can always file for an appeal based on inadmissibility. But if the evidence was already considered inadmissible in the second-degree case, would there even need to be an appeal on the first-degree case? Since another court has already considered it inadmissible, does it need to be looked at a third time in a brand new trial?

  10. I have three questions about that indecent exposure trial.

    1. Was he asked to drop his pants, did he do so intentionally without being asked to, or was it presented as an accidental wardrobe malfunction?

    2. Could this have been an effort to make the officer see his genitals, so that the officer couldn't later claim to know what his genitals look like from having seen them in the criminal incident?

    3. Did he get charged with indecent exposure for the trial incident? Can that even happen?

  11. @8.35 is this woman PROUD she got a no guilty verdict for a SEXUAL OFFENDER!?? Does she know how horrible it is to have a man flash you!?? You’re 15yo walking along, and a man pulls up next to you and says hey..you look over and he’s pulling his d**k.. it’s so shocking and disgusting. It happened two more times in my life. The last time it happened,I lost my shit and ran over to the car and started trying to smash the window 😂 and I went to the police and made a complaint, but the guy had fake plates on the car 😠

But anyways-I’m sooo fuckn disgusted watching her so happy and proud she defended a pervert. She should be ashamed to call herself a woman. If this happened to her or her little daughters, would she happily defend the guy then???! No,she wouldn’t! So it’s ok,as long as it doesn’t affect her. Fuckn disgusting and shameful

  12. Sydney asked Boswell twice if they would be the only people at the date, to which Boswell responded in the affirmative. Can you imagine how terrified Sydney was when she thought she was going there to only see Boswell, (her size, etc.) and in that huge freak of a monster popped out!😳🥺

And only Boswell and Trail purchased the supplies such as saws, bleach etc. shortly PRIOR to the date. So I would say that’s premeditated.
