The man suing Gwyneth Paltrow for allegedly crashing into him during a ski run in February 2016 took the stand Monday and testified against the famed actress. Terry Sanderson claimed he suffered numerous health issues since the collision, blaming Paltrow for the injuries he suffered that day. Paltrow claims otherwise, saying Sanderson was at fault and hit her from behind. The Law&Crime Network’s Jesse Weber breaks down the top eleven moments from the skier’s testimony.

    HE MAY BE TELLING THE TRUTH – BECAUSE APPLE REMEMBERS HEARING A WOMAN SCREAM BEFORE HER MUM REACHED HER. MOSES HEARD IT TOO BUT APPLE WAS TOTALLY DEFINITE SHE HEARD IT. TERRY DID NOT HAVE EQUALLY GOOD REPRESENTATION AND THATS WHY HE ENDED UP WITH SUCH A POOR RESULT. HE DUD NOT LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING AS SUGGESTED. WITH APPLE BACKING HIM UP PLUS RAMON WHO ACTUALLY WITNESSED GWYNETH HITTING INTO HIM – THE RESULTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR HIM. IF ONLY HE HAD EQUAL REPRESENTATION – BUT THEN GWYNETHS A MASON. SHES BOUND TO WIN DUE TO THAT. REMEMBER HE DID STATE THERE WAS A COVER UP – WHICH IS HIGHLY LIKELY.

    And then he went all over the world and long flights and long car or bus rides for several years. Poor man he must have been miserable walking up the Andes. His Lawyers put him up this this thinking they'd get money. Shame, shame shame. When he swears to God he blinking goes off the chart because he is lying. Most people can't lie without showing it in their eyes. He is getting old and that is what his problem is.

    I actually thought his female lawyer was actually paltrow lawyer – because of what she was asking him and her tone, it was as if she even couldn't stand this guy.

    I think the biggest mistake was having him speak about anything in front of the jury lol he sealed hos own fate 1000 times over. He lied and was still lying on the stand. I think he's at fault.i had no clue this even was a situation until I saw the trial so I had no bias going in and now I think he's at fault
