  1. These cops are sadistic, pepper spraying a guy because he shouted, nearly braking a man’s arm because he was drunk, killing people’s dogs, wtf?? They think they are untouchable, no wonder people hate the police in the U.S, savages.

  2. The red head cop don’t need a job doing this he was so ready to pepper spray that guy …. He seems like he enjoys doing things like that just not cool
And the lady with the dog that got killed I felt her pain …. Her cries was heartbreaking 💔

  3. in germany the red haired officers would end up in a cell next to the guy he just sprayed from a distance of under 5cm…. but in the us its called deescalation… thes pure police violence, when 4 officers caant handle a still standing guy, what does it tell about american police…

  4. I can't stand that cop with the red hair. He is such a butt-hole. I wonder if he is as fearless on the streets as he acts like when he's in there around all those other cops. I bet he's not !!!!

  5. 4 Officers got 1 young man an can´t handle it? It wasn´t needet to pepperspry and taser him. i hope, there will be an Investigation to this Officers. In Germany the Officers would be fired and have to pay for the young man. In Germany this Szene would go on the Media up an down. Mega Scandal. In US it seems to be just normal.🙄 Human Rights doesn´t count in the USA?

  6. I think killing the dog was unnecessary use of force, probably should have used tranquilizer or something to prevent the dog from interfering with the arrest. Also i dont think inmates on a holding cell should not be also on the restraint chair, instead the latter should be closely monitored by officers because there are some cases were inmates died because they were left unattended in a holding cell on the restraint chair for a long time

  7. A good example of misappropriately using the public's trust. The levels of self preening their own egos is maniac in nature. Versing oneself in the art of bouncing your boundaries at with intention to keep the ones they are directing mercilessly as in badgering the arrested do to little regards for their human dignity. The more experienced officers only priming up the police entitlement emotions. The assumption these are all acts which those in authority must definitively deliver as wantingly aggressive over any ideas of merely acting assertively… "Bunk"…!

  8. @ 38 minutes, how is applying pepper spray and a taser simultanouesly not considered excessive force? Surely one or the other wouldve led to the same displacement. I hope someone is investigating charges for the cruel officers

  9. That cop Medrano is dangerous, likes to hurt people who are vulnerable and is looking for an excuse to get hands on.

He has absolutely no business wearing a uniform and being in a position of authority.

I saw quite a few cops like that when I was an EMT and I see all of the behaviors and attitudes that cause situations to become escalated in his behavior.

  10. I am so so sad for the dog. Those owners are a disgrace! they obviously treated it badly and taught it to be aggressive. However, I do not blame the officer for shooting it. Human life is much more important.

  11. 7:450 That CO gets off on this stuff. Red head. You dont Spray AND Taze. If one method isnt effective, u introduce a secondary non lethal method. Not taze n spray combos. Ridiculous

  12. Those 2 idiots with the dog are to blame, what do you think is going to happen releasing a pitbull to attack officers? The dog doesn't know better but the owners should. Horrible people.

  13. The girl with getting her dog killed, i understand her tho, i really really feelt her pain when screaming -"you killed my dog ", i understand officers needs to be safe but dogs are like children to us people. they are family. watching em getting killed infront of us is killing out fury babies are terrible to see.
