  1. WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP !!!!!!! As an experienced actor on many gun sets, THEY NEVER ENCOUNTERED A LIVE ROUND BEFORE !!!
All this after the fact total BS do it perfect by the book scoundrel workshopping IS PATHETIC ! I'm glad he got off the charges from the corrupt DA's after hearing all these totally unrealistic jackwads jawwing off at how terrible Baldwin was on set and how he violated safety…TOTAL BS !

  2. The first thing anyone who gets any firearms training at all is told is to expect EVERY firearm is loaded. Baldwin has handled firearms over and over on set after set. I will never believe he was never told to treat each firearm as loaded, no matter how poorly the training was on this particular set. It’s horrifying how wrecklessly he was handling that weapon in the videos shown here, no matter what he believed they were loaded with. Based only on what I’ve seen so far, he’s at a minimum guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

  3. Sooo the daughter of a famous armorer is responsible for the firearms on set and you are an actor on set, and people really dont think they would trust when you are told its a cold gun…? I truly think the people that should be held responsible to the full extent of the law is the armorer and maybe the person who provided the rounds.

  4. I suspect he and Helena had something going on that "needed to go away." Just my hunch, but I think he's guilty a f. There's a reason a live round was in his gun.

  5. Everyone seems to forget that the Assistant Director was the one to hand Baldwin the gun and told Baldwin that it was cold, meaning not loaded that lead Baldwin to believe it was safe. But the AD will not be charged or tried for his part because he struck an immunity deal with the Prosecutor at the very beginning of this whole thing for testimony.

  6. One more thing is if Hannah is not capable of enforcing her so called authority to any actor. She is definitely worthless. Command respect for the knowledge of your job! Doesn't matter if it's a 2 bit actor or a super star. That dog don't hunt. She is not qualified. Period. She was too busy packing her nose with coke. Nuff said.

  7. Doesn't matter if he was in position of authority. Hannah cries she is intimidated by him. Too bad! Grow a pair!! That's an excuse. Who cares? Safety is Safety!! She obviously was too WEAK for this job. AB may have bern po'd yet he would have listened, he's a professional, she is not. I'm nit buying all this finger pointing bs. Its the responsibility if the armour. She was wesk, worthless and under qualified.

  8. Idk, it seems like a strange precedent to set that actors are responsible for making the firearms are safe when they are firing prop guns at each other, since that’s their job.

  9. He is going to trial. He is going to win. He should win. There should never have been a live round near the set and its not his fault that there was it was the armourers who was trained as an armourer. Baldwin is just an actor and producer and no actors and producers know anything about guns. He may at worst have been a little careless but nothing more.

  10. This is so very sad, everyone knows this was an accident, but we also saw how sloppy Hannah was ,she blamed everyone bar herself, at the end of the day she loaded that gun, she didn't check it, if she had checked properly this would not have happened, as for Baldwin I think he must have known about her sloppy attitude, but I dont think he could have believed there was a live round on set, but he should have also checked there were no live rounds in that gun.He was not the armourer, he employed the armorer to do her job which she obviously did not.

  11. 11.40 the post-cut off script firing. I wonder what the distance was between the Director's call position, Baldwins firing position and the sound recording position? What appears as simultaneous on film might have been observed with very different timing dependent on the observer's position. 📣🔫🎥

  12. Gotta feel sorry for Alec Baldwin who, based on her conviction, is now a victim of her flagrant incompetence, and negligence. Assuming her actions were not intentional, she was clearly reckless, careless, and irresponsible and should have NEVER been in a position where she was handling and loading firearms. I hope her conviction serves to mitigate the charges against Alec Baldwin, if not exonerate him now that we know that she loaded the gun. Furthermore, that Baldwin was handed a gun that was declared as "COLD" by those whose responsibility it was to properly handle the firearm.

  14. As a lifelong firearms owner if the gun is in your hand its is an absolute that the responsibility of the statues and working order of a firearm is on that person full stop no excuses

  15. Rich liberal celebrity won't do a day in jail for this, mark my words. Even if he's convicted of a crime, he'll get probation and fines at the most.

  16. It is not ( let me say NOT ) the Actor’s job to check the firearm on the set. That is the Armorer’s responsibility. IT IS NOT THE ACTOR’S responsibility!!!!
