  1. This why we can't always blindly trust people who say they are officials and professional wolves in sheep's clothing. I feel like Jodi was the master manipulator in all of this.

  2. Ruby is saying she agrees to Kevin having custody of the children. First of all he already made the statement to do everything to be the person dedicated to Ruby and their marriage and holding the family together. Secondly he was supportive to sending the oldest son to that horrible camp for ten to twelve weeks. Third he was instrumental in making the oldest boy to sleeping on a bean bag at least he wasn’t allowed a room or a bed for seven to nine months. And they both laughed about it in front of their son .So if he gets the children ,the abuse may go on according to the instructions of Ruby. The children’s mental state will be in jeopardy. It seems the harder you try to get the guilty party a jail sentence the harder the try to get it reduced or removed.

  3. Am I the only one here who has always thought Jodi's house looks like a prison or something!? If not a prison, some type of bunker or dungeon!

  4. It goes to show at at any age, people are still susceptible to coercive and controlling people. It's clear her parenting would never ever have gone this far if it were not for the toxic controlling and manipulation of the "business partner"

  5. On Jodi Hildebrandt's website she boasts "These principles are reinforced each week by requiring class members to call other students when (they) feel they are in distortion"'. This "to call other member students when the are in distortion" means to call out other members for their indiscretions. This is a technique used in North Korea to maintain a sense of distrust and to undermine unity within the family structure.

  6. She always said that when her kids turn 18 they cannot live with her, they need to fend for themselves… where will the Rubster go if she gets out of prison? Hopefully all of the money she made off of exploiting those children will go to them.

  7. Anyone else notice Ruby looks like she is swallowing a bitter pill each time after she says guilty, I don’t know if she is doing that to feign remorse or what, but to me,it looks like she is begrudgingly pleading guilty out of…it’s her best option for herself, not her kids or that she actually knows what she did was wrong just that she knows she is slightly less screwed pleading guilty, side note I think she does know what happened was wrong but I think she fully believes it’s all on Jodi an that all of it is Jodi’s fault. To me they are both equally guilty however I think had she never met Jodi none of this would have happened .

  8. Why is no one discussing this is a Mormon JUDGE, Mormon jail ,Mormon town!! It’s all Mormon!! This case ? Should have been moved to a diff state !!!! And the judge should have recused himself this?? Is BS!!! They’ll get a year probably it’s a joke!!!

  9. I just get this weird vibe that there is more to the relationship between Jodi and Ruby. Like Jodi was obsessed with the power over the kids and Ruby or more….. There is some kind of "anger" in her eyes… where is Jodi's family? Husband? Kids? And Ruby was obsessed with social media success to the point of sacrificing her children for it!!! Her husband claims he didnt participate? Did he know? I cant believe he didnt know. I am not for him getting the kids at this point. More to this story….

  10. Why is sentencing of jail time not up to the judge who is hearing the case and evidence but it’s up to a mysterious “parole board”? There seems to be lack of transparency and the process doesn’t seem just to the victims.
