In high-stakes courtroom battles, taking the stand becomes a pivotal moment for defendants and witnesses to share their side of the story. However, this decision also opens the door for prosecutors to vigorously question the accused and challenge the credibility of those who may be less than truthful in their testimonies. It is during these intense cross-examinations that the most dramatic and revealing moments often unfold, captivating the attention of everyone in the courtroom and those following the trials closely.

  1. While I don’t agree with Alex jones, I do feel that the judge wasn’t doing her job in listening to each objection. I worry that it could be appealed or ruled a mistrial.

  2. Sanderson said exactly what happened, and Paltrow's attorneys never grabbed onto it. He said that he saw the new sign and was looking at that. THAT'S exactly when HE hit her! He wasn't paying attention to the slope!🙄

  3. The First Lady is a warrior!
The Alex jones thing is a joke. Since when is it ok to go after talk show hosts who give their opinions? And why is it not happening to all the hosts who slander conservative people? Where is freedoms of speech? It’s a mockery of the courts.

Amber is pathetic. She still got jobs, and ruined Depps career

  4. Amber WAS the abuser. She mentally, emotionally and physically abused Johnny and then lied her butt off when it suited her. Her stories made ZERO sense and she told on herself with her makeup "bruises" and her actually describing how to make fake bruises with makeup.

She truly believes she is smarter than everyone else. She isn't.

She was so drunk and coked up and MDMA'd out of her gourd so she cannot keep her lies straight at all.

  5. Alex Jones trial is the biggest sham. Maybe the history of trials. $1 billion for saying a tragedy didn't happen. Freedom of speech went right out the window in that trial.

  6. 4:17 that strong woman has all of my admiration, respect, and sympathy. It is unconscionable that she was forced to be questioned by her r*p*st…a pro se defendant usually had a REAL lawyer assigned to them…having the REAL lawyer question the victim would have been more appropriate, but this survivor’s responses were nail after nail after nail in that monster’s coffin. Her courage rang-out the death-knell of his miserable life.

  7. I'm so baffled … AH had 7 or whatever lawyers sitting at the table while she was was being asked questions in the UK trial. Even when one of her weak lawyers objects but then says to AH go ahead and answer the question if you want to.

AH gave long-winded, detailed answers. How on earth did she think she was going remember all that….? and why didnt her lawyers stop her or even better yet tell her on break not to answer questions like that.

  8. Jeebus. Alex Jones sounds an awful like Marjorie Traitor Greene thinking the shootings was a Hoax. She even said 9/11 was a Hoax.

Why does that Alex Jones name sounds familiar ?

  9. when people stop answering the questions and says stuff like i dont know or thats what the video shows they have allready lost… peoples problem is that in your daily life we all lie alot and most people get away with it .. and amber heard is just the poster woman for all men who have had a woman lie in trial(so all men )
