We certainly DO KNOW that Alexi gave birth to a living child because the autopsy indicated so.

Ruby and Jodi do have a sentencing hearing. It is on February 20, 2024. They waived their right to a preliminary hearing mostly to protect the victims from going to trial plus the case is basically a slam dunk. These two women are extremely guilty.
8:41 – Its so terrifying that U.S Judicial System doesn't recognize Post-Pardem Depression as a genuine illness that causes homicidal behavior. The prosecution keeps saying she was "acting fine" and "having her best day" leading up to the tragic event. BUT THAT LITERALLY IS THE DEFINING HALLMARK & CHARACTERISTIC OF PPD. We need to make a new Law removing prosecutorial AND incarceral powers from our Judicial System and legally mandate HEALTH PROFESSIONALS ALONE convict and sentence these cases. The State CANNOT be allowed to continue on with this unchecked & anti-education impunity in cases related to PPD. The State only has an interest in satisfying its own insatiable BLOODLUST for more death.

Alexi Treviso did not leave behind a "bloody massacre"! She gave birth, which is often a huge bloody mess. She placed the baby in the trashcan, which is clearly awful. However, we don't even know if the baby was born alive. It does not appear she "massacred" the baby in any bloody and violent way. She gave birth and tried to hide it. These stories are awful enough without using inaccurate and inflammatory language to get views.
