  1. I've been wondering if one can be trespassed from public property. Sounds like it varies from state to state. But I still don't understand how you can be punished for trespassing if you haven't been given a written warning.

  2. Why would post offices and police not use these 'laws' you claim to stop filming on postal property? What you say doesn't make sense because if this were true thousands of videos and police calls would be avoided by stopping what hae turmed into a phenomenon. Inconsistent following of rules and laws is what causes confusion anger and prejudice accusations.

  3. is there a difference between free speech and free press in the notiob of a "public forum"
I'd think poibting a camera or writ8ng down words in a notebook would be different from using a bullhorn or organizing a march or sacrificing a goat on public property.

  4. those asswipes VERY WELL KNEW THEY CANT TRESSPASS ANYBODY at the postoffice.

no matter what u said this time.
    UR WRONG.
and even the postal imployees knew that.
why else would they settle any dispute.
    ??????????????

they acted like todlers and ap winning outside court proves IM RIGHT.

WHAT a bunch of a..holes that CLEARLY DONT know their job😅😅😅
    what a joke

  5. I have a question for all those 1A Auditors (frauditors), SovCits, and Moorish Nationals.
Can you show me anywhere in the U.S. Constitution where it says that you have the right to pass a school bus stopped to pickup or drop off students? Does it state in the constitution that you have rights to do this? No?
So, does that make it right to pass school buses that are stopped, with disregard to public safety.
You most likely will agree that it is not allowed. Now, is there a law on the books in most States that prohibit this action?
If you say yes, then you agree that the States have the right to protect all people by making a policy or statute or law.

How does this make sense, but disobeying judge mandated policies, statutes or laws, does not?
The tenth amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which, under the 12th article of the Constitution states this:

    Twelfth Article
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The purpose of this amendment is to reaffirm the principles of federalism and reinforce the notion of the Federal Government maintaining only limited, enumerated powers. Legal scholars (including textualists and originalists) have effectively classified the amendment as a tautology, a statement affirming that the federal government does not have any rights that it does not have.[

Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.

So, how can you pick and choose which laws, statutes, or policies that you want to follow, just to try to make a fictitious assertion? How can you? As Will Ferrell said on SNL “are you English, or just stupid?”

  6. If you read the full poster 7 it says why you're not allowed to film. So basically you have to have permission from postmaster. Plus amagansett press is using peoples likenesses for commercial use because they're getting paid on youtube. Basically all the actors in the movie dont get paid. Jason and Ben gain all the profit.

  7. Phew audit the audit really dropped the ball on this video. Police officers violated a constitutional right clearly and gets a B while the calm well informed person wins a 9k settled lawsuit gets a c- uh oh

  8. Hey ATA.. there is a video out there..can’t remember whose…they talked on the phone with the federal media people in charge of USPS…and they told them they WERE allowed to film as long as they didn’t disrupt services or start arguments with patrons or employees. So who is in the right or wrong. The USPS employee is who made that phone call and brought it out to the auditor on speakerphone for the WORLD to see
