I'm actually starting the second attempt to an investigation to my little sisters murder in Mesa Arizona. Detective Leroy was given all the evidence and instead of investigating he chose to put the evidence on the evidence shelf in Mesa AZ police evidence room.
Detective Leroy told me to not talk to anyone because the case is still open and he lied because it was closed immediately by him.
He also sat in on her autopsey when they sliced open her skull with her being fully naked. My sister was naked and perfectly placed on the bedroom floor with a bullet to the right temple. I asked detective Leroy to do a rape kit on my sister and the corner told me he never requested it but requested to watch the autopsy. He also told me she had clothes on when found but that was not true because she was naked.
He also asked me "are you really going to investigate your sisters case because most people dont do that? " I said "yes I am because I'm not most people."
He seemed to not care about my sisters death and taunted me. I asked Detective Leroy if he was friends with Bills Son who works for the sheriff's office? Bills gun was used to kill my sister." He looked around at his assistant and said no!
As the big sister I flew out multiple times and provided evidence but was treated horribly and lied to by Detective Leroy.
Now the beast has waken!
I believe in truth and justice and have family in law enforcement in Washington State. There are four murders that striped her down naked tied her to the floor put the gun at the bottom of her feet under an object to make it look like suicide after shooting her in the head. The detective said she commited suicide with her left hand. Shes right handed. My sister had bruises around her ancles, shoulders and left hand. This happened before covid so the police dragged their feet to get me the police reports and video. I found out about my sisters murder because Pete an ex boyfriend of my little sister is also a friend of Bills. Pete called me up on the day if her murder and said "What do you think of your sister now?" I said what do you mean? He said your sister Colleen blew her brains out." I calapsed to the ground and screamed and knew she was murdered because of what led up to this phone call.
Pete had six friends commit suicide and his ex wife was pushed down cement stairs and she cracked her head open by Pete. Now Pete has Seven friends that "committed suicide,." When I called Bill and asked why he didnt call me he asked how did you find out? I said Pete called me. Bill said that son of a bitch then hung up on me. I called back. So much more including calls on speaker phone were other people heard from Bill, Pete, Moses and Bills son that works for

Please compare the finger prints in the car, video coverage which the police have which is left by the killer and the guy in jail under drug charges. Police are lazy. Please used the Crime Stoppers to get the evidence from the Police. I pray you find the killer. God bless you

Coming from someone who is from Baltimore, the more her sister finds out the more danger she's in. That place is horrible and crimes happen on a daily. When my mom was in the hospital once we seen them rushing in a 13 year old boy who had been shot because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Glad I got away from there
