  1. Oh…okay….Now it all becomes clear, why the "cop" was such an A-hole to that auditor…it's because brother was a high ranking "officer" in tha department…..so naturally that gave him unrestricted license to be as big of a tyrant at any given moment at any given time…..

  2. How you get suspended for not reporting a use of force then criminally no use of force happened!? It has to be the supervisor is lying or the criminal investigator is lying.

  3. Here's the problem I have with these auditors. They're not all of them are out there to protect your rights. They're out there looking to create a civil rights violation lawsuit. From what I gather from this video that's all they was out there for. They was hoping to get a civil rights violation reaction by the police. Put on the other hand the police need to check their egos and not give them the reaction these auditors are looking for.

  4. Power over people no matter how degrading seems to motivate cop's behavior. Its the only answer. It sure ain't keeping us safe thats for sure.

  5. When people go to police stations in different places and start videoing I feel like they’re looking for trouble I don’t feel sorry for them for whatever may happen even though you have the right to video the attitude that you gives out from the beginning says I’m looking for trouble not to document.
And then two because you have the right to video inside or outside of the police department I don’t understand why they always have to stop somebody and ask them questions leave people alone.
They’re looking for trouble on both sides.
This type of documentation is not interesting to me it shows your ignorance

  6. Lt Bergerson reason for behaving like he did: EGO! This cops has an ego that arrives 5 minutes before he does. The fact the auditor called his bluff about taking him to jail and all his other unlawful commands just progressively enraged his fragile ego.

  7. That's the problem with the law, the cop is being a a$$ you cant cover that with exact law unless they write that law. He harassing a man on public private property. But some of these auditors would go over better if they'd not lose their temper

  8. guy filming was a complete loser. sure it's "within his rights" but that doesn't change the fact that he's pathetic

  9. After 100 +/- of these videos, it kills me the way the narrator says "however". Dude should copyright them shits. My man will be the next Michael Buffer in no time. 😂😂

  10. Cameras really are their biggest fear. They’ve been getting away with acting like a defacto military unit for decades. The training and the culture of 99% of departments in this country ensures that cops feel like they are not enforcing laws but simply controlling society in whatever way they see fit. If they want to do something to someone they simply use the laws in the way necessary for them to get a desired outcome. Basically just scrolling through laws to find a way to punish someone in the most harsh way possible. This is why “obstruction” and especially “disorderly conduct” must be further defined in a much more specific manner as cops use “disorderly conduct” essentially as a synonym for “you’re doing something I don’t like but is not a criminal offense”. It’s essentially a free pass to punish a citizen when cops get their feelings hurt, usually when cursed at or when a citizen refuses to let them exert their authority against them when they are not doing anything illegal. Same with “disturbing the peace”. These laws must be defined more narrowly so they are not able to be used as weapons against citizens challenging police while not breaking any laws

  11. Got to love the sign pointing out the direction of the "public entrance" up the stairs, to the rear of the public parking lot.
