  1. i’ve tried to be as open minded about this case as possible. i can’t be convinced of either defendant’s guilt beyond reasonable doubt. they need a new trial at least. if there’s so much incriminating evidence left out of the documentary the conviction should stand. what are they afraid of?

  2. I think you can believe simultaneously that Jason is an idiot and that he's speaking out of his ass. Screw "making a murderer" those producers got the most attention. Do some research. 38 million law suit against a police department and this police department "volunteer" to investigate a case in another county which just coincidentally happens to involve the person suing them. Get real. Where there's smoke, there's a fire!

  3. WOW! Jason is a MORON! Where did you get your degree buddy? That confession video is now being used as what NOT to do when questioning a minor, that's how bad it was. You can cry about them leaving out facts all you want, SA and BD were clearly framed.

  4. when Brendan states in his very first interview that he does not want to say anything because he does not want Avery to be framed, that shows that he has the ability to withhold evidence and not cooperate. Once Brendan makes it known that he is holding back and the investigators take that he has done that, than that justifys the approach that the investigators used during his confession.
