You need to look at traffic law related to motorcyclists, it is a completely different set of rules.
Yeah, also Officer Abrams looks worried you can see from all the unnecessary pacing back-and-forth because you know he has fucked up and he knows it.
The more I watch this channel, the more I believe if the strip the police of qualified immunity, they may actually have to learn the laws and act more respectfully.
You will find that when the police "get a call" about someone on a motorcycle they basically pull over the first motorcycle they see and blame them for whatever was reported.
