Unsolved: Knoxville’s Lee Byford cold case

8. I know exactly what happened through logical thinking it’s very clear to me how this occurred. Jorrod was definitely involved but was not the shooter, he called one of his friends up to tell the friend that Lee was gonna have $500 in cash in the car and told the friend when they would arrive home to Lees house. The shooter was then waiting for Lee to leave the house and get inside the car with the money. The shooter then shot Lee and killed him in order to get the $500, which Lee did not end up having on his person. The police should not be looking at Jorrod but instead looking at the male friends of Jorrod who are near or at 5’ 5 tall, as the witness said.
