  1. Its clear its linked to an investigation the fire chief did, and they were pissed with the charges or lack of insurance payout. Come on, he was the fire chief. Any case he investigated or was a part of should be suspects! It's clear the husband DIDN'T do it.

  2. As I remember, it was several days or weeks before they knew she was shot. They were going to close this case with another undetermined finding until the coroner found the bullet wound.

  3. Shes in a boot because a “can” of WASP SPRAY fell on her foot? So, those cans are about the size of a can of hairspray. There are gallon sizes, but they don’t come in CANS. They are in plastic jugs. And then her friend saying “a paint can fell on her shoulder”?

Her friends really cared about her & I’m positive their suspicions are accurate RIP🤍

  4. It is so obvious it was the husband Steve that killed Nanette. The Sheriff is definitely protecting the Fire Chief (Steve). I believe she was killed by the husband the night before the fire and he planned everything to get his alibi. I believe the trip to McDonalds at 9:57am was Steve. Sheriff is not releasing the video is highly suspect. I don’t think Steve was at work at 8am as he says as I think his co-workers are protecting their boss and gave him the alibi he wanted. The body was found in the master bathroom. Nanatte stopped communicating with her friend abruptly at 10:30pm the previous night. The surveillance camera recorder was deliberately destroyed because the husband knew he had to destroy the evidence. They should check all the phone records of all the people involved and check the location of where the cell towers are pinged. The only way this gets solved is if the FBI gets involved. The Sheriff office is compromised and are protecting the Fire Chief.

  5. POLYGRAPH TESTS DON’T WORK! This is why they’re not admissible in court! Even the inventor said that. I watched Nanette’s very tragic story on People Investigate and they rely too much on these garbage tests.

I’d bet all my money the husband did it with help from his lover who also worked at the fire station.
I’m sure we’ll see her mysterious death soon.

  6. Husband didn't do it….but he definitely got someone to partake…I just don't believe him- " I can sleep at night knowing I had nothing to do with this…" not a thing a spouse who is devastated by his wifes murder would say? I just wish she would have picked up that cigarette butt and kept it or given it to police to investigate it. Husband is trash 100%

  7. typical the polygraph tests in other cases mostly come back inconclusive or not telling the truth period but funny he works for the fire people his wife dies in fire and his comes back perfectly innocent….fishy i say hes involved somewhere so obvious. sounds like he was an abuser as well the git her foot injury a can of wasp spray give me a break . rip nanette

  8. Have they looked at the other person he was having an affair with?
This looks like a reoccurring issue amongst the “good ole boys club”
Where they have a wink, wink, nudge, nudge, with one another in the pacts of their own lies!
It’s rampant in people who have self absorbed and entitled mentalities!
Such a horrible person to have done this to Nanette!

  9. He left his first wife to marry her after simply hiring her for a job. Highly unlikely he never cheated on his wife before he divorced her to marry Nanette. He obviously wasn’t loyal from the beginning. He has to know more than he’s saying. The fire chiefs house burns down and he only shows up to fight it when there’s just a slab left. Cmon now. And maybe this is just me, but people always sound suuuppperr guilty when they say “I can sleep at night knowing I didn’t do this.” 🤨🤨🤨

  10. I thought about the husband again and again but i have yo answer these questions a) he was at work when the fire started, b) he fully cooperated with police fully and she was already paraniod about being killed…and the husband diesnt make him a murderer, it does t even nake him a scumbag, im willing to bet 99% of you probably also cheated or done something just as bad…thia has me wo wondering what the heck

  11. IMO• when ppl fail polygraph tests ppl jump up saying “they failed the polygraph so that points to them” or “why won’t they take a polygraph if they are innocent” or “innocent ppl would be willing to take a polygraph” etc. BUT when ppl take a polygraph and pass it it’s a total different reaction….like I said my opinion but if you compare comments on this and other videos with ppl who fail polygraph test even know studies prove it’s harder to pass a polygraph test even if being honest than to fail a test if being honest which is why it’s inadmissible in court!
