It was just after noon on November 12, 2013. Chelsea Small, a mother of two, was working alone at a check-cashing store when a man in a hat asked to be buzzed into the store. From 2017: http://bit.ly/2sg5aQ7

  1. I remember when the casinos opened, you had a lot of crime like this , that gambling addiction turned desperate guys to rob/ kill for money

  2. That woman is an Investigative reporter???? God help anyone needing her. What the hell do you expect ANYONE to have seen? He was let in so no one else could get in, he had a silencer on the gun and then he walked out! What the fuck is there to see??? What a blonde bimbo.

  3. She can't have been too smart to end up a mother of 2 with no committed father around. You should NOT have children if other people have to care for them because you finally realize you need an education to get on in life. Its the other way round.

  4. Wish he will be caught soon.thats why bank tellers r advised not to resist or fight back but do wat the robbers asked them to do cz life is more important than money.

  5. He killed her because she rang the alarm he probably wasn’t going too kill her but she was afraid that’s sad for her kids too lose there mom

  6. It's New York style clothing. Work boots (Timberlands) and the Ball Cap has the NY Yankees symbol on it

  7. If I had to guess I’d say he was in the military sometime and maybe worked there at the business before or after because he’s got knowledge on weapons and the army boots

  8. The killers touch DNA should of been on those cabinets the push door 🚪 and the glass door. He touched so many things IDK how he hasn't been caught. Unless he's never committed another crime.🤔 Well, since other businesses were so close I think he used a silencer to not bring attention. I think the police are going in the wrong direction. Of course it was about robbery, you move quickly in a robbery to get in and out. Of course he could take his time with the silencer. Js Btw in a place where you're dealing with $$ the businesses should have better detailed, extra clear surveillance.🤨

  9. Why didn’t Law Enforcement check out that Suppressor because you have to get a Federal Stamp to own one at least in most States and they might be able to get a list of buyers for that area, at least it’s a start.

  10. If it only took him 60sec in and out why haven’t they searched for fingerprints on the register he took money from? It didn’t even look like he took gloves out bc he did what he did and left!!! I’m not understanding?

  11. They should check surveillance footage from that entire day. He might have been there earlier in the day. Maybe he pretended to forget something and told her he'll be back. Then possibly waited purposely for the place to close so there wouldn't be witnesses. That might explain why she didn't hesitate to let him in.

  12. When will they get video put at face level close up on a doorway jam We have so much in technology it’s unbelievable that we’re still getting blurry pictures like this when my iPhone and the cheapest android gives me very clear pictures and they could put it right at eye level when a person walks in the door and if they don’t show their face they don’t get in. This is an unnecessary death and companies should be required to provide full clear face close-up pictures

  13. Considering she let him in might mean hes been there before so he would be on file. I truly hope they went thru ALL the files in there and questioned all the people that fit the description.

  14. I think the perpetrator came there to kill her, the robbery was just a cover event, if it had been just a robbery, and he only got a small amount of money, there would have been similar robberies and murders in the days and weeks following this…

  15. I don’t think it would’ve mattered if she hit the silent alarm.

She was still a witness and he would’ve eliminated her. Do believe robbery was a motive but he also planned to kill anyone in the store to cover up his crime.

He planned to rob and kill and this was well rehearsed.

  16. God there needs to be a national standard of video surveillance on every place open for business. For surely we can do better than this.
I speculate this is some type of revenge act on the company itself. He went in there with the purpose to kill while concealing his appearance, all the rest was part of the disguise.
