Random guy comes across an envelope. It has money in it. He keeps it. To me, this is not stealing.
If you resign while being investigated or embroiled in an allegation, your pension should be suspended until your name is cleared and the criminal investigation should continue. Totally Zany that this dude could have such wide ranging and troubling fraud and find employment elsewhere almost immediately.
What part of the casino thing makes it theft? is it because it's private property? Also, I would expect to be able to trust a cop to turn in money. Especially a captain who served for 29 years.
Did Zane end up in prison?
Is there grounds for every resident in West Virginia to initiate a class action civil suit against the dirty cops individually for exposing every citizen to financial losses due to their conduct?
In the 21 century, these men are still acting in this manner.
Heroes
The law should apply to all, these thugs are allowed to resign with all benefits. You roll through a stop sign miss court you will be arrested. Yet your EMPLOYEE is permitted to resign with a parachute!!!
Why did they let the jerk resign? And are they going to charge him still?
WV is a bad place to live. I've NEVER seen so many bad cops in one place in all my life!
Cops steal money all the time, it's called asset forfeiture, like a guy who had his savings in cash in his car and cops pull him over and even though he showed receipts from the bank on his withdrawls, they still stole his money and never gave it back even though he kept filing to request it…cops do this all the time when people are carrying alot of cash when traveling.
So they committed the murder of the man walking related to the Casino story ha ha ha cops, typical. This county has turned into a banana republic.
He is us own fall guy 😂😂😂😂
I feel like the guy that was putting cameras in women’s bathroom at the police academy did get served justice, it ultimately ended in his death resulting in someone like that to never be around again, it’s pretty sick to put cameras in your fellow co workers bathrooms especially if you’re a male and they ended up in a female bathroom, he just didn’t get served charges, he got served death
What is it with W.Va. and hidden cams in bathrooms. Holes drilled in walls of bathrooms. Are they really that hard up??? Seeme like this same thing over and over.
Y'all need to stop letting the members of organized crime retire as an alternative to being prosecuted.
I resign shouldn’t mean you’re free to continue your illegal activities
You be careful my friend, please. These guys play for keeps and we need all the help we can get.
What is the current status now that it is one year later? Any more recent updates?
Shouldn't have "internal investigations" they should be 3rd party civilian investigations, not able to retire, suspension without pay, no option to retire either until civil investigation is concluded, my opinion.
Im keeping my ass well away from WV. John Denver can have it. Their pigs are out of control.
When a police officer is convicted of official corruption charges, they should lose all access to that pension. This will be a HUGE motivating factor the police will indeed recognize..
Bear county, with an x. Perfect
One of many police organized criminal rings
The moral of the story?,W.Va. is corrupt, don't go there.
Between what you hear from Canton Mass and what we hear here is there any honest cops left in the world
Would you consider hiring somebody to teach you how to read your copy in a less sing-song way. I am afraid it can cause your audience to tune out and your messages are valuable.
He should be jailed and every cop involved
Great job.
I want to know who has the locker room photos? 😂
Previously on one of your videos I commented on why so many bad cop videos from West Virginia surface. Now you know why?
Sadly, the most honest, most clean, and most professional law enforcement officers in West Virginia are the WV state troopers. What does this say about all the rest of the law enforcement officers and deputies? Not good. No, not good at all. I have yet to meet any local law enforcement officers or sheriff departments deputies and sheriffs in West Virginia that are clean. None. In my opinion. End qualified immunity.
Where is the integrity and trust? 6/11/24.
The police stealing money – no, never, can't be !
“Professional courtesy” is the nearly universal form of law enforcement corruption. Most cops believe their most important duty is to protect themselves and each other. That absolutely includes protection from justice.
Here in Québec, we have created the Independant bureau of investigation…
That is a unit of non-law enforcement officer investigating facts when there's shooting or any other force used by police officer…..
Please note the following: Police officers are expected of high integrity
Since the creation of this unit, how many police officers has made depositions, answered their questions, collaborated with them?
NONE!
This is how justice works in a democratic state of law!
No better than Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan just to name a few!!!!
sounds like a big time mess
They need to be charged!!
Dude there are still old cases where they haven't made it bake to court
An oldie but goldie.😂
Unbelievable! 😮
Business as usual–just the good old boy's lying club in action–This is a Real Police state–training comes from the field Manual of the Nazi SS?
No offense but WV COPS seem to be corrupt hillbilly rednecks.
We need a National Cop Prison. Just for police officers so they are protected from the normal prison population.
