I hope they both are convicted and never get out!!! can't stop crying for Thomas and his siblings. really glad they are being held no bond.

A previous attorney said that the mom had notebooks of receipts and emails and proof of abuse and neglect but when she came to court, she was disorganized and she spoke broken English and she was very, very upset (rightly so) and all of that worked against her and Thomas plus the court system was obviously biased toward the evil cop.
Child support. That's why the dad didn't want the mom to have custody. It's always about the money. And the dad was a cop so that makes all of this even worse. They better bury him and the step mom. Give this little boy justice for himself and his siblings who dealt with the same things. And the local CPS needs to be held accountable for their horrible job they did of protecting this child especially with all of the warning signs given to them. RIP Thomas

NOT ONLY DID HE PUT HIM IN THE GARAGE IN TEH COLD WITH NO BLANKETS – HE ALSO SPRAYED HIM DOWN WITH A HOSE BEFORE HE PUT HIM IN THERE!

he's a cop and yet dumb enough to not think about the cameras around but more than that, did he think the coroner would just miss the fact he died of hypothermia??
Also he should get first degree, this is borderline premeditated when you look at the texts beforehand, then realize he sprayed his mentally handicapped 8yr old son with a hose before putting him OVERNIGHT in an unheated garage in subzero temperatures (and obv if he died the Dad didnt even give him a blanket/sleeping bag etc!) and for the WHOLE night he slept in his warm bed while his Autistic child died just feet away THEN he lied about it…thats 1st degree imo….disgusting.

I’m sorry I love both of these women but I will NEVER agree that CPS is so pounded with cases…THIS HAPPENS WAY TOO MUCH!! That excuse for them is getting old!! It’s always that they have too much workload or whatever and that excuse NEEDS to be stopped!!! They need to get in trouble just as much as the perp!! It’s too many times this happens!! That excuse needs to stop!!

Your conjecture seems like you want this oppressive system going. These kids were getting sex trafficked and abused and everyone knew about it. The children were sodomized and also placed in cages. All made possible due to CPS and the courts.
