An update on the Jefferson County, West Virginia school bus drivers who were suspended for attended the Trump rally on January 6, 2021. Despite being nowhere near what occurred at the Capitol, they found themselves suspended and accused of misconduct, and then later vindicated. We files suit for First Amendment retaliation. You seem like such a fair, ethical, moral, logical type of person. I'd thought you may have been a bit on the left but I can see you're just about justice through the laws of the land and I love it! A lot of the videos of people going after cops are so left. Your about crooked cops and law inforcement or crooked judges not abusing their power or hurting others. Fairness. I agree with so much of what you say. I have some liberal thoughts, and conservative thoughts. A mix depending on the situation and laws. I like you even more now.
Funny how on 5/29/2020 the democrats set DC on fire,but it was totally ignored. They attacked the Whitehouse, set fire to the guard shack there, triggered secret service to put 45 into a bunker, set fire to the church across the street and injured over 150 secret service officers and countless DC police, but the press had zero interest in that "insurrection".

The superintendent didn't do any investigation before suspending. They were scared into doing what they did, so they wouldn't be "cancelled" for not suspending them……or it could be, they're leftist Democrats and hate Trump voters!

How can a school make such a decision as a mask mandate? It s clearly a new 'law' did they solicited the Senate pass such law? Clearly an overstep beyond their plenary authority. How can this be systemically eradicated? Outside the second ammendment, of course.

2:57 The tattletale karen who left that message accused that bus driver of being on (the epitome of all social media sites) "bragging about attending the riots." Okay, so where is this infamous post? Let's see the proof of this alleged "bragging" and any specific reference by the bus driver of knowing about or participating in any sort of riot. If it's not there, wouldn't this voicemail be sufficient evidence of defamation of anybody unjustifiably accused in the voicemail? And couldn't the person who made the defamatory allegations also be held financially liable for the damages to the individuals they falsely accused? If all of those statements hold true, then why hasn't that person been sued?

Do you know any civil rights lawyers practicing in South Dakota who handles nonphysical civil rights violations and aren't up the cops azzes? These local attorney's don't want anything to do with it and acted as if they didn't know why I was seeking counsel and asking what rights were violated as if they aren't lawyers and didn't know. I also have the encounter on video. It's an open and shut case of police misconduct and civil rights violations.
