Poor man didn't get any from this horrendous ordeal. Just terribly sad, frustrating. The qualified immunity rule favors a corrupt justice system and destroys the innocent.

This whole story is absolutely absurd. This guy is huge, 6'4 and the teller has said it's not him. They've shown facial markings don't match up to the video. The police beat the fuck out of him and have so much to lose in regards to money lost to the lawsuit and personally from losing their jobs. It's ridiculous, the guy is clearly innocent.

It's so obviously him in the videos. Same build, face, nose, ear, cheeks, everything, same baggy clothes, same location. You're not going to find two people looking that similar in the same area. If it isn't him, where's the guy who succeeded? Why isn't the "real" bank robber still robbing banks? It's so obvious. And no, a mole isn't going to show up on that security camera.
