13. ANYONE, with a criminal record SHOULD NOT EVER, be allowed to serve as a judge, government position, NOR PRESIDENT. Likewise, serving a position in the government (ANY POLITICAL POSITION), judge or president… SHOULD NOT have ANY IMMUNITY when involved in ILLEGAL unethical acts.

29. The problem is huge. It's not JUST the judges. You've got a prison industrial complex that get's paid by the prisoner. You've got DA's who tout their conviction rate to get elected. You've got police who are promoted based on their ''productivity.'' In other words, it all comes down to revenue. Cops DA's and judges are all on the same team. Every single person in the courtroom is paid except the citizen. The ''rulers'' make endless trivial laws they can use to exploit the tax cattle. Even if you win, you lose because the process is punishment.

And prices here in the mountain state are low compared to nation wide . But so is our pay scale our state rd starts out like 12$ per hr.. our property taxes steadily raising, for police handing out lawsuits. They should be paying them out of there pensions . And they should end there qualified immunity. Or make there sentences 1.5 times normal CITIZENS 1-5
    1.5-7.5. For cops.

32. As someone that’s been to court in WV It’s crazy POLICE ABSOLUTELY NEVER READ YOU YOUR RIGHTS IN WV. Most states , judges throw the case out for that, but WV JUDGES DONT EVEN LISTEN TO A LAWYER IT ISNT EVEN HEARD HAPPENS SO MUCH
