  1. Cruz is definitely brain damage, I think a lot of these young bad guys suffer from this. I do not believe people are born evil, if that frontal lobe is messed up.. yikes

  2. 5% bots vs 9% bots, no big deal??? Only the elites get away with earning millions on making up shit and fake self investigations.

  3. Omg i made the mistake of reading an article about the court hearing is going on with Kobe Bryant and Vanessa the detail was what I wasn't ready for it I was disgusted at looking at the pictures myself. It's sick that someone will find joy at looking at that level of physical trauma to HUMAN bodies and knowing the grief of the families it will cause AND THEN having the audacity of sharing it casually at a bar with others. Wtf? Who does that???? I was traumatized after reading the article kid you not it spoke of skin hanging from tree limbs and skulls being open where the brain matter was visual… and Kobe's arm (laying by itself) being he was the darkest person on the helicopter and his tattoo…a torso ugh. It was bad bad. They figured that they had to be so descriptive because the witness was the person that the photographs were shown to and there's no way that he would know those horrific and specific details without actually seeing the photographs….I get that but Jesus

  4. It is simply disgusting that those unofficial crash pictures were taken and shared by LA County FD (@Cali- Teacher: noted which department did this!) …. It shows deeply endemic dysfunction of the whole department if officers thought that was acceptable for one second!

  5. She sending the whole 16 to charity I pray she don’t take any advice from Amber Heard on paying the money to charity even tho hers is her doing it on her own and Amber’s was court ordered her n she still didn’t do right go Vanessa that was selfless!! But we definitely would not have got 16 mil if it had been our families!!

  6. It is simply incredible that all the law shows in the US cover the crimes of Trump so sparely, and minimize the significance of what his crimes mean to national security and international relations, especially as it pertains to allies. America is off the trust list while you refuse to indict Trump. Persona non grata. He kills people. How is not prosecuted for the Covid deaths "stop the tracing" should have told you everything. What is wrong with you America, you love your tyrants.

  7. I’m just confused why he thinks Nikolas deserves a chance to live when he literally took away multiple peoples lives and ruined even more 🤦🏻‍♀️

  8. In the Bryant case, I don't think it's about the $$ I think it's about holding them accountable and making an example out of them. Showing them that this is what happens when they choose to take the wrong actions at an accident/crime scene. They can say it was to "send them back to home base" all they want, but if that was the case, then why send them to others that were NOT at home base by my understanding.

  9. Hi Josh. I just had to subscribe. I believe I have a very good reason to see and hear that criminals are arrested and prosecuted and that law and order is upheld at every turn. I'm a survivor of attempted murder and a victim of a corrupt police detective for the same incident. I'm happy to subscribe especially with guests like Neama Rahmani and other colleagues from the legal community. Stay safe and healthy now 🙏 and always. Best regards 🙏 ❤️ ✨️

  10. 12:57 🙌🙌 thank you for saying this josh. Exactly what I was thinking. I’m sick of people making excuses for crimes, especially heinous ones like these.

  11. I don't give a flying F about his upbringing…He needs the death penalty…period…anything less is disrespectful to all of those children and teachers who didn't get a chance to beg for their lives as he maliciously stole it! FOR NOTHING!! Blood is on the jury's hands if they don't do not only what is right but what is necessary to eradicate that evil from our world!

  12. My husband is an LAFD captain and they are always getting grief from people about the Kobe pictures because of misreporting! There have been so many articles stating it was LAFD when it was really LACoFD!

  13. Love having Neama on your shows, Josh! He adds a fantastic counter to your case reviews that also compliments and roots out so many valid legal points. No matter how you shake things, Cruz is absolutely the poster child for the Florida death penalty, and I believe even if the jury can sympathize somewhat with his upbringing that his more recent unprovoked vicious attack on that prison guard will definitely tilt the balance to a death penalty. What is there to save? Also, I believe the prosecutor shall absolutely bombard this jury with the numerous (low)lights at closing! Jim C.

  14. Josh!! I love how you host The Sidebar. Your knowledge is helpful when explaining these cases. I appreciate your work! Thank you for another great podcast/video. God bless you.

  15. After decades of deliberate malfeasance and bungling I've lost near total faith in the FBI and DOJ.

Whether or not I like Donald Trump is immaterial; if they can do that to a former President of the United States, they can do it to anyone. Without the law, we are returned to the rule of the jungle…and Western Civilization is at it's end.
