How many times do we lets these sick mf out and another child gets molested kidnapped or killed and then people sit around looking stupid. But when you trust the justice system they let you down. And my comment on the actress that shot the homeless man. All I can say is she has what’s coming to her … this is all so sickening

21. This is not the wild Wild West meanwhile alleged rapists are getting out of jail in two days or they are not doing jail/prison time at all. If the law fails us then we should get our own justice. So many violent criminals are just getting a slap on the wrist and sent on their way to commit more crimes. Beyond sickening.

24. The law always protects the child molester. Slaps them on the hand and sets them free to do it again. A child molester with repeat offenses is more of a danger to the public than this guy.

25. The SO caused harm, emotional trauma on the victim & family for years to come, he went after multiple vulnerable children. IMO he is a danger & risk to the community & society. I feel all SO should have to wear an ankle bracelet for life. The accused went after one person, yes he took the law in his hands. But he did what the majority would like to do. He should have anger management classes, some counselling & be aloud go home & heal with his family

26. I can see that Bill Cosbys accusers didn't make much progress in their accusations because of who he was but masterson? Most women I meet are tough as nails. Finding a whole string of bewildered females that get raped? Only in Hollywood. Now that Weinstein is labelled a monster now its all about the money.

The issue I can see with the fourth woman testifying is the fact that the prosecutions claim (as to the reason these victims didn't come forward to police YEARS ago) was that the church of scientology didn't allow them. But, this potential fourth victim had/has no connection to the church of scientology, so what's HER excuse for not going to police? If I were a juror, that would stand out in my mind. It would plant a little seed of doubt for me.

29. So, if the man who shot someone who molested his 4-year-old child (several times) and he's considered to be a "danger to the public", how the HELL was the man charged with sexually assaulting children let out on bail? I'd say the child molester is MUCH more of a danger to the public.
    As a mother myself, if I were on the jury, I could NOT convict someone who got revenge on someone who molested his child!
    My vote would be "not guilty".

30. Cain had done everything by the book. Goularte was picked up and charged with lewd and lascivious acts with a minor. They released him two days later, no bail. No one informed Cain that Harry had been released. Cain and his wife saw Harry out. Had they kept Harry in, which they should have, or at the very least informed Cain, the shooting incident would not have happened.

33. I deeply sympathize with Mr Velasquez and I hope he gets a jury that will do the same. Mr. Gene Rossi was a great guest. I found him very knowledgeable and humble. I enjoyed him a lot.

34. If i was a juror id give him a little time for dangerous driving chase. I woukd order mandated therapy for him too, but i woukd find him innocent due to heat of the moment. That poor mans son was assaulted!! Id rather him be free than a child molester.
