  1. Was he ever tested for drugs/alcohol in his system after he was arrested? If so, I’d like to know the results of those tests. Additionally, how about a psyche eval?

  2. The male prosecuting lawyer is a wet lettuce. His closing argument was spoken as though he was reading the jurors a bed time story. Thank goodness for the female prosecutor!

  3. It is fact agreed upon by the medical experts that Mr. Wilson has been suffering from mental illness for most of his adult life. This individual needs medical and psychological treatment. He does not deserve the death penalty. He is a sick man not a monster. We as a society should not be taking any lives in the name of justice. Especially that of someone who is mentally unwell. Life in prison would be the correct decision. Death penalty rulings are murder. This is a heartbreaking situation for everyone. Thank you for letting me voice my opinion. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

  4. 1:20:47 & 2:06:50 why does he keep moving his thumbs like that??? Reminds me of Ellen Degeneres she does the same in her shows…is this a medical or mental or demonic thing? Or just anxiety?

  5. 48:41 Constantly looking to his lower right when the attorney talks about the gruesome killing details… he’s recalling every emotion in his sick mind wow

  6. yo no veo que el se ria, de hecho noto que se comporta con respeto muy diferente a sus acciones y claro.. comparandolo con otros reclusos

  7. I 100% think the justice system worked well in this case do not get me wrong, but I hate that the lawyer said any amount of time equals premeditation, because that’s a nuanced thing to say.

A robbery done wrong where they shoot someone is not premeditation because they thought to bring a gun for intimidation, or thought to shoot it in the heat of the moment. It’s first degree murder, because someone who commits murder out of desperation is VERY different than someone who commits murder out of the sheer pleasure of causing harm to another.

All murderers have killed, but not all murderers are violent people. I hope that makes sense. Now if someone went on a robbing and killing spree that again adds nuance to the situation. I do think this was clearly premeditated by the fact that he killed multiple women, but I don’t think he defined premeditation very well IMO.

If his definition of premeditation was true, we could consider people who kill others by drunk driving as premeditated murderers, because they know they could kill someone by getting behind the wheel, but we do not because it’s manslaughter because they didn’t have the intention to go out and kill someone, it was still an accident, though a preventable one.

  8. Shame on the jury wh sentenced Wade to death… What makes them any better knowing they were in full capacity to put him to death when they were sitting listening to death…And they agree to another death….for the sake of death.. Where's the logic….????? may they all be sentenced to a life full off stress and problems for there wrong choices

  9. I am sitting here re watching this and I am speechless. Law and Crime caught these defense attorneys talking real about the client they were suppose to give a fair trial to… At 1:32:17 On makes a comment about evil not standing a chance. Then the other says " well it's not like so had a lot to work with."

Yes they did. Lack of DNA, Wade's story constantly changing and the fact he was attacked by a group while in jail before this should have been brought up.
He definitely should serve time for the crimes he did commit but he deserves a new trial due to these comments from his own defense attorneys!

  10. What the heck did he say to his lawyers just before the jury came back in… talking about getting to talk to her? Or where she is? The lawyer looks to tell him to stop as the mic is on 😱😱???

  11. It is funny that dood talked a bunch of crap about smelling fear on his victims…. then looked so nervous and scared before even an obvious verdict was read.

  12. I have never been more terrified by a case than this. Honestly, if I were to have come across this guy on a dating app, I 100% would have chosen to go on a date or begin dating him. All you would think is ooh a very handsome alternative man with tattoos, not even knowing the real truth. However, if I had seen that they were swastika tattoos, I definitely wouldn't have gone on a date with him. Horrifying, truly.

  13. Эти дьявольские татуировки делают его нереально манящем, сексуально чертовски привлекательным, это так и есть.
