VERDICT REACHED: Citizen’s Arrest Turned Deadly – GA v Hannah Payne – Day Five Part Two

1. Her citizen arrest was racially motivated to begin with.

2. Did her lawyer just offer her a drink from his water bottle??!

3. This defense attorney gaslights with the best of them.

4. Hardly seems like this girl could do something like murdering someone. Real estate lady one day. Convicted murderer the next. Strange.

5. Does this attorney  go home at night and ask himself i wonder if the jury believes the bs i just told them

7. She is the perfect example of WHEN NOT MINDING YOUR BUSINESS GOES WRONG and now she will pay with her life too

8. She had no right to kill this man and do the work of a law officer in arresting anyone. She ran him down then killed him.

9. This so call attorney is really a piece of —– he lied the whole trial and when the jury ask to hear the 911 call again he tried to get slick but the DA'S was watching his — GUILTY on all charges! firearms don't kill people people kill people!!!!!! let that sink in

10. Hannah had no right to take Mr Herrings life. She was out of order. She has to get that temper in order. Tempers don't work well in Prison. She has the nerve to complain about a SCRATCH ?? She's complaining about a $5.00 ripped shirt ??? A broken nail ??? She took a life !! Mr Herring. Sir. Rest in peace. We'll see ya on the other side.

11. All she had to do was get the tag number, no one told her to cut the victim off, jump out the car and play cop and demand the victim to get out his car and attack him when he didnt listen to her.

12. Hannah also told detectives she was part of an hit and run but on the stand she said she had never been involved in a hit and run!! 🤥

13. The correctional officer remembered the tag number off the back of his head. He gave dispatch the tag number even before hannah got the number and gave it to dispatch… now she’s sitting in a cell smelling like Payne.

14. She deserved every year of her sentence. Chasing down a man and killing him?

15. Her trial was delayed because lawyer lied about being in hospital, then he thinks he’s sly in the courtroom, then on sentencing he shows up late and apologizes to the court it’s ridiculous and he should be barred

17. Sorta reminds me of people who get break checked or flipped off or witness speeding and illegal merging then decide to commit crimes by also speeding and often committing reckless driving then get confused when they both get in trouble or sometimes in more trouble.

22. Lil Ms. Payne will be in a lot of pain for the next 20 years! Her family got her a gun for her protection, which caused Mr. Herring demise as well as her own!

25. State was smart to deferr. He would have just got up & dragged out whatever they said. He had to depend on his limited brain.

26. Majority of the comments- The despicable behavior of her lawyer. This man is unorganized, unprofessional, and acting like a drunk. Hannah is doing all the work.

27. 😅😅😅 Did he even practice his closing argument?! Its no better than Darryl Brooks' and hes NOT a lawyer! This man really rambled for an hour and misrepresented just aboit everything that everyone on the stand said. 😂

    Also, did this man really say "Why didnt they bring a doctor on the stand to explain what diabetes is?" What?!?! They DID bring a doctor on the stand in the formnof the M.E. and she stated the cause of death was a gunshot wound. This man is a JOKE and I love that for Hanna!

28. At 5:28:35 it finally sank in that she was going to prison.
