  1. In the retrial he'll. Be dead meat. Firstly, because the defense failed to get him acquitted the first time. And secondly, the prosecution always learn from their mistakes and come back bigger. It's rare when somebody walks the second time around.

  2. Throwing up a Blood sign to someone in the gallery (I think maybe Trak) after court was adjourned was something. I mean…..? How the prosecution and / or judge didn’t notice is beyond, srsly.

  3. nasi sąsiedzi zostali aresztowani za pranie brudnych pieniędzy i działalność kartelową… Szczerze mówiąc, byli najmilszymi sąsiadami, o jakich można prosić. Całkowity szok, kiedy zostali aresztowani

  4. All that money that he killed for has to go directly to legal fees and attorney fees. Now you a murderer and broke. He really think he's gonna get out like 2 pac and sell platinum records after all the clout and notoriety he gained by killing 2 of his friends that he grew up with since elementary. Just like he planned the murders, he's also in jail planning his comeback as a multi-platinum artist. Somebody needs to do an exorcism on Demons

  5. The state should not retry this case. They didn't have enough evidence the first time, so why prolong this based on weak speculation? They have no real evidence to say Melly did this. I'm surprised he's been locked up all this time to begin with. The state did a sloppy investigation and had tunnel vision. If they "care so much" about what happened to the victims then they should've explored all leads and searched all possible locations for evidence.

*side note, Idk why the Defense had Adelstein present their witness and do the closing argument. They should've had the other attorney finish. As soon as they put Adelstein I knew that was a bad idea. He's too crass. The jury would've been more convinced to say not guilty if the other attorney presented*.

  6. I’m sure the state will retry and it’ll be the same outcome as Katherine Mcbanua in the Dan Markel case. A mistrial gives the state a chance to tweak their case to address the weaknesses in the first trial. New evidence, new witnesses etc…
