Security video allegedly shows an Ohio woman attempting to lure a 4-year-old boy away from his home before pretending to be with Child Protective Services. Forty-four-year-old Lisa Nacrelli then proceeded to enter the boy’s home and pretend to do an inspection to scare his parents. In Norway EVERYONE leaves sleeping babies outside shops, cafes, restaurants, its comm9n to see 50 or so outside of big shops.

This woman behaved inappropriately and likely broke the law, but I believe her story. Why would she stand there waiting for the parents if she intended to kidnap the boy? She’s drunk and crazy but I’m not sure she’s a child abductor.

I don't think she was trying to kidnap the kid. The moment he walked home to talk to his mother, she would either attempt to prevent that or just walked away. Though her actions might not be totally logical if she was indeed drunk.
