Ok so the victim, that was jumped by 8 people, tells the cop he doesn't want to hear the cop's story he wants to go to the hospital. So the cop gets in his face while being verbally aggressive, then yells at the victim he needs to back up out of the cop's face and yells to never get in the cops face again while the cop is getting in his face walking forward forcing the victim backward. When the victim hadn't moved to begin with and didn't start to move until the cop got in the victims space and used his body and yelling to force the the victim to walk backwards. And when the victim questions the cop on treating him this way just because he isn't white the cop gets more aggressive.
How was a child allowed to become a cop? Oh he was trained to be a criminal. Child? Judge you make the call.
Again, a situation where a police officer react like the person was resisting. While the person is not resisting. Police officers do this deliberately. Hardly ever I see a video where somebody gets handcuffed and police doesn’t say stop persist It’s just a statistic game they can play. To add on charges. Disgusting.

Small intellect, huge ego, poor training and zero accountability.
All he had to do was treat the men courteously and with understanding, no escalation or aggression needed. There would have been a different outcome, but one officer couldn't hold his anger after his ego was bruised and his colleagues backed him up without trying to de-escalate or remove him.
I suspect that department is out of control.
