you will always have butt lickers until the police do it to them
I'm late to the party, But nothing surprises me about Kentucky cops. Many of the cops here act as if the Constitution is not existent.
Feeding the algorithm
When tf are we going to squash these BS disorderly conduct laws
Face mask – the inverse of being nude!
Can anyone say ‘Retalitory, contempt of cop’
Sadly murder is illegal.
Thanks for creating this lawyer database
Damn, that cop is a child. Getting his feelings hurt, so you pepper spray him while he's in handcuffs.
This is from living in Both places. Small town and a big city. I have noticed one thing in small towns. The school bullies usually become police officers and in the big cities. It's the kids that were picked on and bullied that become police officers. I don't know why the dynamic works that way, but it does.
If we could get just one more of these type of Lawyers at this level experiance we would off officially the begining of a 21st century "Dream Team"
A mandate is a strong suggestion. Not a law!
DC IS CLOSED AND HAS BEEN SINCE JAN. 2021
So the message I’m getting from this conversation is that judges can interpret, or do whatever they feel like irregardless of the law depending on what your tone of voice is during a arrest?
This is a good example how most cops act , always think their qualified immunity is going to protect them from any crimes against the public
Weak cops they never beat anyone up not in handcuffs and there feeling get hurt so easy then they throw a peooer spray tantrum to exhibit there authority then lie on camera and supervisor justified his actions what a joke !
Putting people in handcuffs, claiming officer safety is as old as the hills.
Sadly, that won't change…
they say "you're not gonna comply?" to have it on tape. It's okay for them to lie. Trustworthy, huh?
And his loser buddies don't say anything, cops suck
13:16 hes not wrong but im not a fan of compliance to not be maimed.
Any update from this case?
When cops are no longer eligible for cop jobs, what do you think they do? McD's? Walmart? Security guard? This tells you something about the quality of these pigs.
