That judge is rude. He should've acted better and not double the mans time on emotions. Using profanity on or off the bench in court the bench should not be allowed. Judges that do this should be reprimanded.

“Tell me to leave you alone” … bro , bringing you to court to get a restraining order IS telling you to leave her alone . & saying doing her makeup and posting a picture is instigating him when she doesn’t even have him on social media is straight up psycho . So she can’t do her make up without some psycho going out of his way to see the picture & then say it’s basically taunting him ? That is legit psychotic … when someone displays behavior like this , it shouldn’t be three times before being referred to the prosecutor, it should be the first violation of the restraining order because not taking that seriously shows their complete disregard for not only the law but for the victim .
Never mess with Judge John McBain. This guy is worse than Judge Judy, no doubt. He does go over the line sometimes, but with Camia Gamet, he knew she showed no regrets for the crime she committed. If he was less harsh on people, I would respect him even more.

this judge should be taken off the bench….hes a fkn weirdo who thinks hes batman…this is not the responisibility of the judge to do….thats what law enforcement is for….the defendent was not acting in a threatening manner at all….yes he wasnt co-operating but you need law enforcemnt in the rom if you are going to find someone in contempt of court……impartial my ass.

He states she was posting pictures on her social media with her hair and makeup done so she was provoking him. She doesn’t know him or have him on her social media. It goes to show the mindset of someone who has no real concept of reality because they feel as though their target is doing everything they do in life specifically for them. It’s crazy. They cannot grasp that there is absolutely zero interest of any kind of relationship with them in any way. Stalking laws need to be tougher as it is, be enforced and taken seriously because these people are insane. Victims have rights, at least they should. I guess it depends on who they’re being stalked by.

Judge. John McBain ROCKS! Perhaps a bit of a hot head but, in this case, it worked in the victim's favor. I could tell in the follow up interview w/Crime Watch Daily (another show that ROCKS w/Chris Hanson and company), McBain seemed genuinely concerned for the safety of the victim and the court officer. He also mentioned that the defendant having just one cuff and the danger presented by that scenario. A swinging hand cuff can act like nemchucks. Way to go Judge McBain! As far as the defendant goes, yes he's a creep but he's probably about the dumbest person on the planet! Sitting there, blatantly defying a judge's order in THAT JUDGE'S "play pen"?.i guess he must not be too concerned about spending even more time in jail. Plus, I'm sure he likely has a felony in his record now. What an idiot. He should be neutered because his genetic strain reduces the composite quality of the human race. Must have the I Q of a carrot
