  1. How can you say the 4th amendment does not allow this? In the real world it happens everyday, so the 4th amendment is irrelevant.

  2. First was it a person of authority at Walmart or just a regular employee 🤔

Unless he was trespassed with a written complaint, he has the right to go back in there.

They should of asked him to leave again 🙄

Office should have confirmed the complaint before he contacted the individual 🙄

The officer never told him that he was being detained

  3. In the call to the police, did the Walmart employee not say that he had previously been asked to not come back?

The officer should have said this, and then said that on this occasion they will fill out their "trespass form" so that there is no argument in the future. If they don't want to give the id, then it should be explained that on witness testimony they are trespassing and will be arrested for that. Provision of the id gets the man a favour, and makes life easier for everyone.

Whilst maybe they don't need an ID to do this, it would be fair to provide it so when another black man goes into the shop, that the shop and police don't get mixed up and claim they had been trespassed before and cart them off to jail.

  4. I have a question about this video. Could the manager's political views not match up with what this individual's doing? And that is the reason why the police were called. Did anybody take this into Consideration.

  5. Interesting video. It seems prudent for all parties to ensure they have a clear understanding of the situation before actions are taken.

  6. This so called officer violently assaulted the man, who was leaving peacefully. Police are violent psychopaths. That so called officer needs to be fired and arrested for assault and battery and have his certification permanently terminated. Abolish qualified immunity and paid administrative leave.

  7. Some people or maybe trolls are commenting and supporting this insane lawlessness. To make it simple for everyone let's put it that way. If this citizen called the cops and told that Walmart didn't let me leave do you think cops would be going violent and attacking to Walmart employee or manager or owners of Walmart? Of course not they would ask for the details and they would first investigate etc before using any violence. So this is a simple summary of the real condition of the Citizens in the eyes of government, big companies and cops a citizen is just an entity without any rights for them. Oh there is the law but but it is obvious they are trying to ignore the law more and more everyday 😔.

  8. How is this an appropriate use of the 911 system? It seems to me that this is another I'm scared of my shadow dipshit making a call when someone should have told this gentleman to leave. This is absolute b.s. that never happened when I was a young man. If you don't have the courage to ask a person to leave your property than drink a warm glass of shut the hell up and mind your own business! It's that freaking simple folks! Grow a pair and stand up!

  9. Police logic: We don't have probably cause to arrest you, so we'll go ahead and arrest you, and charge you with "resisting" later. Makes perfect sense to me. smh

  10. Another surreal encounter with a po lice officer from Alice's Wonderland!!!

In the famous words of…Tony Hancock.

You're (American Po lice officers) all stark raving mad!!!
