Little did the officer know that he was dealing with a fugitive with a violent past. Police body cameras recorded Hartleroad giving police several fake social security numbers and birthdates. Nice job trying to show these cops are heros! When the fact is this monster was free for 30 years. How many innocent people were imprisoned in that time period? This "officer" was looking for anything to catch a case its just dumbluck it was a monster running from the law! Otherwise this would just be another video of a "officer" harrasing a person doing nothing but riding a bike.

Anyone from des moines iowa recognize this guy? I've seen this guy once near downtown des moines and he definitely made the hair on the back of my neck stick up when he rode by. This was about a year ago if not longer.
