You guys are too young to remember this, but it was out in my neck of the woods where we rode motorcycles, but there was a terrible Helicopter crash from flying too close to special effects and 2 CHILDREN died, along with the actor carrying them and John Landis director, et al, were indicted, tried and…acquitted. 5. Where did the defense get the "weapons expert"? Mayberry or the set of Rust? I assume the weapons were cleared before he entered the courtroom but now has to show clear to the courtroom participant but still pointing the barrel toward people even if a replica…..OMG!

7. So, let's get this straight, Hannah has to follow protocol but, the local Sheriff's office doesn't have to follow protocol? – according to the prosecutor. Best line from PI – but did he know he was the only one that left the set?….hahahaha!

8. The female defence lawyer is brutal. She never starts by asking the name of the witness.. has to be reminded. Never asks for a brief background of the witness, and asks a question in such a confusing way, that she confuses herself..
   she is terrible.

9. It was such a bad decision by the defense to put the second guy from OSHA on the stand. He didn't have anything helpful to add, but they gave the prosecution a second chance at pointing out that their investigation looks at different things than a criminal investigation.

10. Does anyone know if Hannah is out on parole or currently on remand, are we likely to see her convicted then immediately released for time served?

13. Sigh… I have the gut feeling that the only person who will be going down for this will be poor Hannah. Her transformation for the trial is simply stunning. I believe she'll be found guility but hope she gets probation/suspended sentence.

19. Prosecution gave immunity to Sarah Zachary, the only person on set with authority to remove weapons and ammo for safety violations. Hanna didn't have authority or time to properly focus on her job with minimal distraction.

24. Baldwin clarified that Hannah was told to leave the church before they started filming. ANYTHING could've happened afterwards but, Baldwin CHOSE to PULL THAT TRIGGER, despite his YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, he's had in this industry!! Regardless, this industry will ALWAYS PROTECT their actors. 🛑🚫🚷

25. Witness, Scott Elliott answered Karen's questions with such ease & wasn't defensive, despite HOW HARD she was TRYING to pick, prod, poke, & agitate!! He refused to give her what she wanted & she can't stand it lol😂😅😂😅
    (She's mad bc she knows this witness is big WIN for the Defense & she's just embarrassing herself now)

31. With what OSHA is finding .. it's almost as if Hannah Guiterrez has a secret Plea Deal and they are laying all of the facts out to nail Alec Baldwin who is the Main Boss and Director . Later I see that the Defense Tore apart the OSHA witness…

32. Everyone is missing the main point. Alec Baldwin probably loaded the gun himself and deliberately shot and killed Halayna. Wake up!

33. A Youtube Lawyer said that the Prosecution has weak Witnesses on the last day. I am no Fan of OSHA but the way OSHA found very bad management is going back to Alec Baldwin. I don't see Baldwin getting any Prison time I think they will go after money .. Rust had a $7 Million Budget and only got the Movie 60% recorded. It couldn't happen to a nicer guy not sorry Alec Baldwin .

35. The amount of times prosecutor objected in the end regards to seth and alex is amazing, defense are hitting the spot where everything will be exposed by seth sarah and alex as the people who should be in prison.

41. Isn't it sort of funny how people have to swear in and agree to tell the truth , the WHOLE TRUTH…etc

    But the legal system actually witholds a lot of the FACTS/ EVIDENCE and " TRUTH"
    The court of " Law" is nit a court of TRUTH orcJustice-

46. In the middle of questioning a witness and there is an objection, the judge does not allow that line of questioning to finish but calls a lunch break!! She has done this numerous times, let the question be answered ffs.

47. I try not to watch the defense on direct as it gives me a headache. Did one of the witnesses really point a gun at the judge??
