27. I love this judge. But does anyone know why the original judge came off the case, he handled both Katie retrial and Sigfredo and Katie combined trial? He may have gone in pension but was just wondering why he done everything on Charlie’s pre trial then at the start of Charlie’s trial we have a new judge. Not that I’m complaining because this judge was fair impartial and done an amazing job. I look forward to seeing him on Donna’s trial

40. Wendi is much more sedate and well-behaved in her 2023 testimony here than she was in the 2019 trial of Garcia and Magbanua. She obviously realized she came off looking terrible in the first trial, cocky, deceitful, dodgy.
