The man accused of killing four University of Idaho students will appear in court Thursday for a motions hearing. Bryan Kohberger’s attorneys are pushing for a change of venue claiming the people of Latah County will most certainly have a bias in the case. The quadruple murder trial isn’t expected to begin until late summer of 2025.

I can't listen to this for 3 hours. Just judge his incompetent and he's totally biased. He's definitely somehow related to the prosecution. Side the defense attorney on Brian coburger. Side is also very, very weak. That kid is innocent and anybody with a brain or anybody. Even who just listens to what's being said would know that 3 hours of this b***** is ridiculous. The cops need to come out and state into the media that what they said was false information. Otherwise the defense didn't Tate any potential jurors. They've already been tainted that's what they were checking for

Funny, he's crying about the questions being asked and how some of them aren't submitable in court, yet not one cop has come out to correct any of the false information that THEY put out there to begin with! Not one person on the prosecution side has publicly stated that/what has been falsely stated as facts in the media

Everything in this case smells fishy. At this point I don’t know if he did it or not. To me, the only way BK gets a fair trial is to get it out of that county and somewhere else. From everything I have heard, it seems to me that state may have framed him. Everyone in that small town was in fits and they needed to arrest someone. BK drove the right kind of car and there you have it. I still stand by the fact that there’s no way one person could have possibly stabbed 4 victims to death in under 10 minutes and there not be any DNA except a trace amount on a knife sheath. At this point I need to be convinced way beyond a reasonable doubt that he wasn’t framed.
What is the fidiciary responsibility of the defense in this case? Seems a bit careless at this time.

i know you will all say this girl is crazy .. but i have a small side therory about some of the rumor trails in college that led this evil guy to this crime i mean i think this weird shy college student was detoured easily to evil i think he was gas lighted by many colleages students and even pushed into stressful situations by a unstable famiky he is guilty but .. i think the victims had friends and then jealous friends and even family members who exscalated events out of jealousy etc if they look inward they may have heard discussions about one person example your broother successful your struggling .. he is sweet why cant you be sweet too negative comments or something put a cloud over the schools and police of these college or all college students who come from example calif it becomes a hate

The defense attorney's tone of voice and choice of words is making her look emotional and unprofessional, imo. Being a defense attorney doesn't equate with being personally defensive. It's grating and exhausting listening to her, which I'm not sure is going to help her client at trial.
To all the people saying the survey was NOT prejudice: 10:21 the defense knows that the questions asked were not appropriate which is why she isn’t trying to take responsibility for them. Second, there is a way to ask these questions without injecting evidence into them. 11:30 the questions asked were VERY specific to evidence collected, whether they provided it to the surveyor or not. For example, 1:25 the question asked about “a knife sheath” could have been asked with “weapon” instead. It absolutely did not need to include the actual found piece of the murder weapon entered into evidence. And for the surveyor being such an expert, he would have known that. Even if its on the news, he should have known the prosecution would have been able to contest this, and therefore could have omitted the name of the weapon. 1:39 Same thing with the type of car, why did they specifically need to know that? They didn’t. The only win the defense has is if there is a mistrial. And it sure seems that’s what they are going for.

It’s an absolute disgrace how long this trial is taking, the defense are being deviant and sneaky in terms of their interviewing the public, let’s think about it, this crime is known worldwide, I’m not saying where I live, but it’s on the other side of the world to Idaho, and i have followed it since the crime occurred, no matter who she interviews everyone knows about this horrendous crime, the families of those poor kids must be demented with the constant delays and games by the defense, so just get on with it and stop the BS and let these families grieve 😡

It doesn’t matter, the defense was wrong in doing this survey, no matter the questions , it was never approved by the judge. If AT is trying to set up for a future mistrial BK still will not get out of jail he will remain there and it will sadly just start all over again. As far as venue, another delay tactic because everybody and their mommas have heard about this case. SMH 🤦♀️
So shouldn’t AT have knowledge or ask the person she hired what questions are going to be asked in the survey before it takes place to avoid all this mess? It’s like we’re watching a trial take place between the defense and the prosecution attorneys for gods sake
