On January 30th, 2023, 75-year-old Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly allegedly shot and killed Gabriel Cuen Buitimea, whom he accused of trespassing on his ranch in Keno Springs after crossing the Mexican border. Kelly and his wife were concerned about cartels trafficking drugs and people before the deadly incident happened. Reports also say Buitimea had a history of illegally crossing the border. Kelly is charged with second-degree murder and aggravated assault.

The Jury better get this right! This man is innocent and if they get it wrong no one will ever beable to protect their home and the bad guys will start taking what they want! These prosecutors are part of the problem, they want to win to further their own career and line their pockets! Shame on them and I hope their families show disappointment in them!! Law enforcement found no victim immediately after the shooting in search of his property. No match of the bullet to any weapon on his property. This man was obviously set up. He is innocent. In any case we should have a right to protect our property. Doesn't Texas have a stand your ground law?
