  1. When one of your defense strategies is to impeach weather websites relied upon by law enforcement during their investigation, it’s time to consider hiring another defense attorney . . . or try to get a plea bargain. While I appreciate defense counsel’s enthusiastic efforts to defend his client, it comes across as throwing everything against the wall to see what sticks, which serves to dilute any credible points he may have.

  2. Sorry but this detective is acting far too nervous. He was cool as a cucumber on Friday but now he is cotton mouthed, sighing before answering in at least 25% of the questions and drinking before them as well. Doesn’t sit well. Especially with a well trained detective and someone who has testified more than most people in court. He even admits his technique failures. Really shocked at the comments here about him being so
Patient. No way! Don’t think this was above board at all. Very strange behavior.

  3. I am getting very frustrated with this judge. Just make the call without going on and on. At first I tho7t it was nice he was educating everyone, but this trial is long enough. I am sure he means well, but yikes.

  4. This arrogant, annoying defense attorney feels so smart when he corrects people. It’s funny how every time someone says “object”, the judge always starts off with “well the question really is….” And goes on to explain the question before saying Sustained or over ruled!

  5. Am i the only one who thinks that the call from the daughter was staged and they set things up so Michelle WOULD be with the daughter that night, because they (Fotis & Michelle) both knew that Fotis was going to go and do what he was planning to do. I think he and somebody else set things up using the motorcycle and they parked the 2017 Chevy where it was, because her body was moved from the back of the suburban to another vehicle and then dumped somewhere else.
    😢

  6. The phone connecting to the Suburban means nothing. My phone automatically connects to my car stereo, so if she had connected her phone to that vehicle in the past, it would have connected. That doesn't mean that she was alive and driving the Suburban at that time. It only means that her phone was in the Suburban.

  7. I don’t understand how there’s people saying that she’s innocent. She’s clearly guilty at least of knowing what Dulos did. It’s clear in her interrogations. “Emmm, I grabbed my phone, Emmmm I took a shower but I didn’t wash my hair because i usually just take a short shower and washing my hair takes a long time. Emmm, emmmm, emmmmm.”.
