Jennifer Farber Dulos vanished on May 24, 2019. Dulos, a mother of five, was in the midst of a divorce and custody battle with her former husband, Fotis Dulos. Michelle Troconis and Fotis Dulos were in a relationship during the time of Jennifer’s disappearance. Troconis is accused of conspiring with Dulos to murder Jennifer and cover up the killing. Jennifer’s body has never been found and it is assumed that she is dead. Michelle Troconis now faces trial for her alleged role in brutal crime.

I agree with the majority of the commentors, the Defense Attorney is NOT winning over the Jury & therefore NOT doing his client any favors.
THIS witch tossed Altered license plates in the sewer drain when she and fotis were driving around dumping evidenve in garbage cans!?!? But still claimed she had no idea what folis was doing!!!! the defense is mad that the state isn’t playing his game. he continuously says well i was going to ask this and make this point , showing he’s mad they aren’t following his plan
this judge is the absolute best judge, when i think of a judge i think of respectable, intelligent, wise and just. He’s everything i imagine a judge is. Him and Judge Newman of South Carolina are what all judges should strive to be!
Regarding the Motion in limine- the Judge was fantastic! Write the script seems to be exactly what the defense attorney was asking for, everything to be nice, easy and set up for him. And to say he would renege on his agreement with the defense, OMG! The state was right, the defense is becoming more unhinged! Have to admit, I love watching what happens outside of the jury sometimes more than I do what goes on in the presence of them.
Btw, both of Michelle's attorneys speak fluent Spanish…

Fotis’ wife was not independently wealthy. Her father was basically a billionaire in effect and a legend on Wall St.
He even loaned Fotis money to start the real estate company.
She was a writer by trade. And Unless you're Stephen king or J.K Rowling: You don't get filthy rich off writing books or being a poet..
The defence lawyer thinks he comes across as clever but to me he comes across as boorish and irritating.
When objecting, the Defense attorney is just throwing spaghetti at a wall to see what sticks. And is actually drawing attention to facts that hurt his case, imo.

How could a mother agree to kill a mother of 5kids? Does it mean the world has lost it….a father of 5kids have d audacity to kill his own kids mother for selfish interest….not for once think about how the life of his children would be like after killing their mother😢😢😢…. that's so heartless and demonic…..he doesn't even love his kids because if he love them he won't have thought of killing their mother….for any reason at all 😞
