  1. I hope the judge we heard in the restraining order case is in a special place right now! And not good special! 🔥 I'd say that even if murder wasn't the eventual outcome.
People in power, like him, are a HUGE part of enabling domestic violence! 🤬🤬🤬

  2. I have a bias!
She is a first responder. She knew the depth of rigor, her missing pulse & the temperature of the body.
Yet she sat on the floor and rolled her over and onto her lap!

    Yeah…..Right!
No matter what has been discussed, to date & going forward……I cannot get past what Cara, a first responder, did with this cold, dead body in full rigor.

She is guilty! No one does this! No one. As soon as you attempt to roll her over, the obvious would stop that idea, all together!

  3. My opinion is that kara snapped and killed her. Hearing the court about restraining orders just like they were both went way past their witts end. They were a ticking time bomb. Neither of them wanted to lose custody and the judge just poured gas on the fire. Instead of putting distance between the 2 to cool it down, he forced em to stay under one roof to figure it out so of course one of em finally crosses the line. Ill still wait tlll the end but so far she looks guilty especially everything around the 911 call. The entire incident makes her look bad. And so far there isnt anything screaming her innocence either. To me they were both already passed their breaking point. Neither of them would settle for anything reasonable to compromise. Both wanted to win everything. The home and the kid. They were both convinced that the other was dangerous and instead of finding common grounds like a normal adult and parents or keep the peace and fight the legal way. They were a mess. They were both being childish so much so that a judge had to be a referee between them. They were both EMTs who had good lives. They didnt have crazy toxic lives. Based off the history onces a divorce was first filed it sparked some shit and the kid was on the line, then all bets were off to kara. She saw no other way. Especially because the court hearing prolly made her feel that the legal way wouldnt help her

  4. I get that attorneys need to have a certain air of conviction in the evidence they are wanting to be presented, but the defence attorney just comes across as rude, arrogant, and with no respect for anyone or the court process. It’s a good job that I am not on the jury because the defence attorney just makes me switch off from anything she is saying or getting witnesses to say

  5. I just cannot stand the female defense attorney. Rude. Nasty. Move to strike! Ridiculous. I a, trying to hang on for the guilty verdict, but may not make it with her. Just the sound of her voice is terribly grating.

  6. This defense attorney should be disbarred for the way that she talks to witnesses. She is abhorrent. I would totally report her for talking to and treating me like she does to these witnesses.
Please don't tell me that she is just doing her job. Most EVERYONE have jobs but don't treat and speak to people in the despicable way that this thing is doing throughout this trial.

  7. Honestly I feel sorry for Cara. Annamarie sounds like a selfish, troubled woman who was tormenting her wife. Cara sounds like a wreck in the hearing video and the judge is condescending and rude to both of them. Is there any way to terminate the employment of judges like that?
