Direct TV lost the networks for Dateline and 20/20. We got Peacock for Dateline and Hulu for 20/20. So, as my wife says, "Pfffttt."
Wow. I've been looking for a good trial and took a chance. So far into the defense opening statement, this is far more mysterious than at first glance. There is no wonder there were so many hung juries!
That seated woman in the green shirt needs to sit still !
Explain the wipe marks in the paint…..the clean up, the trash runs that included evidence. Rintala is guilty, no doubt.
This is the kind of trial where you want to go to the way back machine to see if the first ones are out there in the ether to compare things
Guilty af. Don't see how it's went thru 4 trials
😅😅😅😅
Defense to me is far reaching!
What's with that court reporters sucking on a lemon expressions? Or is she chewing gum?? And her hair is yellow and needs toning. I think Rintala did it but the defense is doing an excellent job of planting reasonable doubt.
Carla not Cara
I don't know. After watching this defense attorney's opening, I don't know what to think about the prosecution. The way cops/detectives handled this, it doesn't look good. This is definitely not a clear cut case. It's no wonder that the past trials had hung juries.
Audio is soo bad in this court, hopefully it gets better as it continues.
Drinking game- take a shot every time you hear “wife”. Good luck 🍀
Lady in the green shirt, hair up,hair down, touching hair, flicking hair lol. I have never seen anyone play with their hair so much 😂
Who did the kid go to?!?
Omg, what a sweet little boy he probably was.
What year did this unfortunate death happened?
Both openings were excellent.
4th trial all hung ? Why are they still trying to prosecute this woman? Also I’ll take that defense attorney for my self if needed please
Strong defense opening IMO. I don’t know anything about the case – looking forward to seeing how the defense overcomes the time of death evidence.
her wife 🤢
I'm going to have some trouble listening to this very angry defense sttorney
If she is guilty, then the family judge that forced them to live together and “work it out” threatening to take the daughter from both of them bears some responsibility.
Here for the expressions of the court assistant when Def Att. is yelling
Haha that defence women is defo Lacey! 😂
What an angry defense attorney! She does her client zero favors with her aggression and angry accusations.
Listening her narrative sounds like an entirely different crime/case. And it makes little sense. What in earth is she talking about? I pity the poor jury listening to her.
Is this Cagney or lacie
2:33 excellent defense work. Calling prosecution out if the don't call certain witnesses, planting automatic doubt in the jury and pressing prosecution's hand! Well done.
Why is it the 4th trial?
Anyone know why it's the 4th trial?
ooooooOOOOOoooo this is going to be interesting!
I remember watching a Dateline episode on this case. I think she did it.
Obviously nobody here watched how to get away with murder
Not sure 🤔. I’ll wait a few more minutes then I’ll go watch the AJ Freund trial
Short break is 20
They are on break
It’s open in another part
Why did the livestream end?
