5. I love how passively intimidating the defense lawyer is towards Maya. That is an acquired skill there

6. Interesting how Maya states that she couldn’t afford therapy but drives a Tesla… she’s also presenting very differently than she was in the TCOM documentary (which clearly had a narrative that I fell for).

21. Seeing her tear up hearing about the card her mother wrote for her that was kept from her from such vile human beings breaks my heart. She just wanted her moms comfort. Knowing that her mom is no longer earth bound is heartbreaking. Maya will never get to receive hugs,kisses,hear her moms voice again. And if it wasn’t for all the videos she might not have been able to remember her moms voice.

23. 2:22:08 Defense really wants to object to a “HIPAA violation” when it comes to a photo of another patient in Mexico with Maya, but doesn’t think their client texting about “Ketamine Girl’s mom” as admissible or a big deal. I hate how scummy some Defense lawyers are

26. I cried through alot of maya testimony so heart breaking. She had such a hard life then a buncha idiot's took away her family when she needed it them the most while they tortured her 24 hours a day! She should get the total amount of her law suit and hopefully this warehouse will either close or nah just close there is no redeeming them

It is utterly depressing knowing that her specifically pointing out that he listened to her, because it's so common that doctors ignore their patients, don't listen to them, don't believe them, etc. It's sad that it's more common for them to not believe you versus highlighting the fact that the doctor actually listened to her. I know this all too well. I've been ignored so frequently at doctor's offices that I don't even trust doctors anymore because they don't listen. They have their preconceived notion about you and that's just what it is, and you couldn't possibly have any idea of what's wrong with your own body, or it's all inside of your head. I know exactly that feeling.

34. ha ha roughly 5:16-Maya finally gets to the bottom of Dr Elliots note, and reads that Dr Elliot caught her faking it in a hallway with her dad present. (after her own lawyer enters the note into evidence, only focusing on the first two sentences 😂😂😂😂)

35. the mother certainly has blame here but will never be held accountable. This obsession with ketamine is not something you hear every day. Remarkable recovery for this young lady….shame her mother could not have been a part of it…I think it was Munchausen …..I agree with bringing to light the problems with the hospital but her father is sure making a killing on this story.

36. She knew KB had "permanent eyeliner" at the incident in chapel. I think some of this is coached. No 10 year old would even know what they is let alone notice it in a situation like that with extreme stress. Then she goes on about a Tommy Hillfinger dress she saw at about age 8-9? This does not ring true.

37. I love the chocolate milk move, was that a sympathy ploy? It did not work on me. I see her and her family very clearly for who they really are! Many others are seeing that to! They should just walk away now with some dignity left.

42. I feel bad for Jack….in that documentary, he was led to believe this was a Home Run…and I feel he may be out 5 million in Lawyer fees.

43. Why is the cross examination being so soft on Maya. She has been keeping up a charade and told blatant lies. They are taking the testimony of a child or a child's memory who coincidentally seems to remember things that can't be supported other than he said/she said. She is painting a picture of a literal vendetta against her family plotted by the hospital. She knows she is lying and has been coached to procure sympathy. They are just accepting absolute BS from her about a miraculous turn around tne day after Ketamine when at other times she claims it didn't do a thing and she wanted more more more now!! Has anyone asked her what she attributes her miracle cure as soon as she left hospital? She claims the things she's done are what cured her yet all those things were the recommended treatment for conversion disorder (she did NOT have CRPS) She claimed nothing helped her in 3 mths at hospital but went on to do all those same things and lo and behold she's walking, running 5 miles a day, skating, scuba diving, working out in the gym 6 days a week with just "some occasional pain" How are people so gullible!

44. Reading the chat replay is unbelievable. All the people saying "If she couldn't be touched how could she paint her nails?" and other ridiculous questions, she has said sooooo many times the pain is different based on the day. And those talking about her dystonia, try to keep your feet turned in like that for even 2 mins time. It HURTS! There's no way she could keep her feet that way for MONTHS at a time- especially during the K-Coma! She literally had dystonia IN A COMA! The victim blaming has got to stop! This hospital owes her and her family EVERY MF PENNY!!!!💯💯💯💯

45. Maya is an amazing young lady! I can't believe she mentioned the FL schools being outdoors. That was something I remember being cool about the schools when I moved there! I really hope they get justice. They deserve it.

48. Maya has a great court face make up artist. Paler than pale, dark circles under her eyes, wistful expression. Skip to prom night or Tribeca festival and she's striding around in 6 inch heels, low cut clinging dress, full vamp make up, boyfriend in tow. Hmmm…..
