The family of Maya Kowalski, the subject of Netflix’s “Take Care of Maya,” allege that a report of child abuse from Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital led to Beata Kowalski taking her own life. The Kowalski’s are suing doctors, the Department of Children and Families, and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital for $200 million dollars in connection to Beata’s death. According to court documents, the child abuse case against Beata was pushed forward after Maya’s physician confirmed her condition, complex regional pain syndrome, was not the fault of her parents. During the time Beata was separated from Maya, she took her own life.

The defence trying to use Jack and Maya's depos against them, as if "I'm doing better now" erases everything that happened in 2016 is a joke. Chronic pain flares and remits. her doing better in 2019 is completely irrelevant and doesn't prove she was "faking" it in 2015-16. JH just. doesn't. get it.
Also the question of "are you taking ketamine now" are slimy. of course the answer will be no, there was a court order prohibiting it. Which their not allowed to explain. It's so gross how the defence continually twisted these points to fit their narrative.
How in the heck is this hospital still in business after the joint commission flagged them as in jeopardy.

The nurse in pink is annoying me. She's so fake! Gave that whole testimony of how "religious, lead by God" to make herself this really good, bonded with Maya BS and when it comes to the cross examination from Mr. Anderson she clams up non cooperative on her answers. This goes to show that she was prompted on what to say by the defense lawyers.
The bubbly nurse in pink sure changed her bubbly attitude when Mr. Anderson started cross examining her. Lol Boy she tried hard to make herself and JHACH look good. 😅😅

The nurse amanda Flores is scary. She smiles at the most inappropriate times at the jury. She comes off as very fake and it’s funny to see how irritated she gets with Maya’s lawyer lol she can’t even pretend to hold it back. She’s so easily triggered. I am so incredibly happy Maya and her family won!! They deserve the world
