12. It's interesting to see how much public consensus has changed over the course of this trial. There were a lot of Maya supporters in the beginning. Now since the defense has dropped some bombshells people's attitudes have changed.

13. This family does NOT deserve a penny! They are nothing but liars and manipulators who are looking for a payout! If anyone thinks they do then you are blind and have not followed the evidence and trial properly. This is not how parents should handle a child's care if they are having an issue. Certainly not by having them overly medicated with a narcotic let alone a coma. If you are okay with this you should be locked up and kept away from children!!!!

25. I believe that any parent would have been overwhelmed and stressed out from their child being kept away for an indefinite time. And not even a hug allowed by court. SAD. .she was in my opinion giving up and loosing her child and the hospital started the downward spiral of her action ,making her feel insignificant and etc..as a mother

26. The comment about being in hospital for 100 days is "not a big trigger" from male hospital lawyer..is ridiculous!! He obviously hasn't been in a hospital for that long. The family was treated wrong by the hospital and three days in a hospital is stressful without being treated like Kowalski's were ..in my opinion.

27. If it was a judge that ordered it why attack a hospital that many others in desperate need for care use? We can't just sue all the hospitals. We wouldn't have hospitals. At least not any that would be objective or dependable.

38. I believe the Judge is an awesome judge and is doing a great job handling this problem for all problems with this crazy Hospital
