Brice Rhodes is accused of killing three people throughout the month of May in 2016. Rhodes allegedly shot and killed Christopher Jones, 40, then later murdered two witnesses — Larry Ordway, 14, and Ordway’s brother Maurice Gordon, 16 — out of concern that they might implicate him in Jones’ murder. Rhodes had three co-defendants who all pled guilty and agreed to testify against him during his trial.

This defense attorney knows this man killed those boys in his own house. No wonder she loses this case, this opening statement is not it.
No mistakes have been made here against Brice. He deserves to serve life for what he has done.
I guess each court is different, each judge runs their court room different, but never have i seen a judge just pull out a phone and just start looking and texting as if she is having coffee in her kitchen.. maybe its just me, but i cant imagine any other judge i have seen on the bench in other trials allowing this from even the gallery … Wow… ( JMO ) ….
