  1. The state calling this poor stroke survivor to testify is sick! They OBVIOUSLY do not know how much energy it takes a stroke survivor to process & how much fatigue he is going to have as a result of this stress….asking the man about something that happened damn near a decade ago. SAD!!

  2. God sees this unfair treatment of the defendants It's the defendants against the judge and the prosecutors. The prosecutors changed that charge to a more serious charge because they're crooked and dishonest. God has revealed it to the jury. Though shall not bear false witness.

  3. Why is the state allowed to present evidence on cases they DISMISSED? That makes no sense to me and does not seem fair. If they had enough evidence to prosecute it, they should've done it instead of dismissing charges.

  4. I hope this officer feels good about himself for seizing Stillwell's money. What kind of person takes pleasure in taking property from others? These lawyers will definitely get Stillwell's money back if he has not gotten it yet. That money could have been for a family member who needed it for a medical reason or whatever. Cops don't have any feelings for the citizens. It's like they're enemies of the citizens instead of to serve and protect. He was just mad cause he had to run that day.

  5. I hate that line of thinking… make the case drawn out so long that jury has a burnt dinner. Like the truth doesn’t matter. The case is long because so much stuff to prove. Isn’t that a problem, that someone has done so much

  6. The head of the prosecution is the complainant or virtual complainant. In this case the police is head of the prosecution unless one of these state attorney's give instructions or made a report to go after this group as a witness to these offences. I object to the state attorneys .

  7. I object to this cases. I object to Mr Stevens testimony. Without due process. Officer Stevens testimony should have been received by the court before his retirement. One is for his recollection. Two is because you dont want him as a now civilian still under the microscope influencing Young Police officers who one day might have to arrest him for an offence. And the state doesnt wish for him to cause any liability now as a civilian.

  8. What about murder inc ,terra squad , NWA why ain’t they in the dock bad boy records it’s just a record label if you’re gonna charge them charge them for thing they did before they became a record label

  9. So the prosecutor changed the charge that was on a police report as disorderly conduct in 2015 and doctored an official government document to now read assault and intimidation in 2023……that is all the reasonable doubt a jury needs and the prosecutor who doctored that document should be charged with a crime

  10. I don’t understand how the state of Georgia doesn’t realize this is a joke lol this is a waste of taxpayers money and I wish that people would boycott. It’s like the prosecution wants us to think of boys on a hover board in 2015 and cursing is gang activity. That is so weird.😂 no ma’am, we’re supposed to be discussing bales of weed , metric tons of cocaine, extortion, murder, racketeering, prostitution. They are supposed be proving all of those things and NOT 3.5 of weed and a scooter.😒

  11. Good ole' Judge and his favoritism quite obvious today …he should let Mr. Sharpe finish a sentence ….he sure didn't speak over the prosecution …this man and Mrs. Love seem quite close 🤔🤬🙄

  12. Am I the only one who wishes the prosecution could have a hooverboard
shoved up their a**!? Sweet Jesus …they start the trial back still talking about the mall incident …they are "reaching" to prove something they have yet been able to prove …this screams complete desperation for the prosecution 🤦‍♀️🙄🤡

Edit: those charges were dismissed due to lack of evidence …that proves my point regarding the prosecution …ignorance 🤦‍♀️😂

  13. The only thing the Prosecution proved on 01-02-2023 is that the Officer seized $5200.00 dollars I think from Shannon Stilwell for no apparent reason. Why did the officer seize his money when he testified that he felt that the money was Stillwell?

  14. The defense missed a crucial piece. The handicapped gentleman made a statement, "That is the way I write now…" Meaning, his signature would not have looked that way in 2015. Looks like manufactured evidence using his stroke signature as opposed to his 2015 signature when he was well. Proof this was something done since his stroke. The gentleman also knows the group was not a danger to anyone and did leave peacefully. Many teens use cuss words and that is not threatening.
It is a shame that all of these isolated incidents are being massed together to make a case almost a decade later….It seems they are being railroaded, and I think the jurors will see the same. I have not seen any proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Not even the co-defendants that have copped out in fear of not receiving a fair trial and never getting out of jail or dying in jail. Nor, with any of the professional untruth tellers.
The court is very smart guy and has a pretty good handle on the case… The court does appear biased against the defense…The way he speaks to the defense attorneys vs the prosecution during objections, etc. The court also seems to help the prosecution out a lot with figuring ways to ask questions and at times asks the questions for them….
