Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia’s RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a “criminal street gang” from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang. Opening statements will take place on November 27.

I object to the officers patrol. That car park is private property. Therefore his bodycam evidence.
I did not hear the officer told them their rights when after a crime was detected and questioned "immediately". The right to remain silent.
I object to any video from social media. The person who recorded the video is not a person who gathers evidence. I object to the opinions of what they think the was dangerous drugs. The state does not own the rights to the recording device.
I object to officer Charles testimony. The persons who purchases the drugs up to today has not classified the drugs as illegal drugs but as medicine. These are the users. If the officer is not a user and the lab technician then they cannot say why it is illegal.

I object to any criminal records of the defendant's. That should be the consideration of the an investigator doing an investigation and not for the court hands. That's for recommendations by the prosecution. That would be basis because every incident is a different scenario that carries its own penalties
The burden of proof is on the prosecution hands. Not the defendant
I object to the jury. Must be of the defendant's pairs and walks of life. Must be of the same knowledge category of the defendant.
I object to their evidence of the defendant being in a gang. That's not a criminal offence or any reason to raise suspicion to initiate a road stop without a warrant. For example a gang definition number 2 on Google refers to arrangement of persons. For example a political party.
I object to the pictures shown to Mr Clark. Permission wasn't given by the defendants to take their pictures.
Was anyone murdered by these firearms before it reported stolen?
