Because the judge and bailiffs violated your client's rights they should have all been charged with burglary and jailed. She used her authority illegally to basically commit burglary and the Sheriff aided her criminal act.

This woman was a family court judge! How did that happen? I'm a truck driver. I'm a very good truck driver. This woman occupying the office of a sitting judge for any amount of time would be no different than if I
1 approached and operating room.
2 tried to properly prep myself
3 attempted surgery on a patient's brain stem
4 resulting in the patient's immediate and excruciating death.
5 while other skilled physicians watched.
6 the absence of know how or any certifications would have to go unnoticed by everyone and not only the surgical but all other health related communities
7 there would have to be people there who noticed that I have no earthly business in an operating room unless I was the one being operated on. It's impossible to think otherwise
8 these people would absolutely positively have to be inexplicably IGNORED by the governing body concerning obvious fact that I'm a truck driver performing brain stem surgery

Well, I know California has its own issues and problems, but holy cow what the heck is going on in West Virginia? More importantly, what the heck is going on in this country? We need to have better standards and policies for hiring law enforcement. It's not only a very stressful job in most states, but it's also an extremely important job that needs and requires special skills. Most of these videos, if not all, show a definite lack of knowledge of the law, but terrible people skills coupled with terrible situational awareness. We need to hold law enforcement to higher standards!
Personally I think the worst thing about this invident is that how could that Judge have any reason to believe what was actually the gals property or not? She, the Judge, chose to let that woman just say something belonged to her & take it away! She could have lied over & over. It certainly looked like the gal was taking stuff that actually belonged to the man. When I first saw this video it showed the man saying frequently that something the gal said was hers was actually his & the judge telling her to "just take it"! So I'm glad they took away her right to be a judge. Doesn't end up with the guy getting some of his property back but he did get some cash!
