As I posted at another of your videos, it seems as if someone wants no correct lead to progress in the investigation. I don´t know why with so many evidences, John's "partner" Dave Stubben has never ever been indicted.
Is it possible that someone at the Sheriff's Office will be hindering the investigation and leading it it in an improper or faulty way? Or is it that they are so much inept that they lack of wisdom, sharpness and ability to grab important clues for going in the accurate and precise direction, instead of looking for some other "guys of interest", as the detective in the video says?

His wife lured him out to her house, the business partner killed him and buried the body on his property. As long as they dont have a search warrant for his property this case wont be solved.

Maybe he killed him. When Johns wife was going through the Divorce, she had an affair with David. Maybe John found out about it and David killed him.
